I have a date for installation. A polite gentleman called in a fibre connect van to tell me they were putting the fibre upto the house but would not need access until the installation date. So far so good.

Customer care is brilliant. I was ringing the customer support line but I terminated the call to answer my door. Within a minute or two my phone went and it was Fibre Connect customer support saying they had a missed call from me and how can they help? I have never ever had that happen before, absolutely brilliant, well done. My problem was resolved as well.

I think someone is trying to scam me I have set up a standing order .my bank says no one has tried to take money from this .l have spoken to someone on the phone .i don’t feel comfortable giving my banking details over the phone. To days date is 5th of April .I am expecting a call to day .
