Great communication from the start, installation completed by field team on correct day, at expected time, they were really good at fitting in with my install requirements, even problem with telephone pole being out of test so could not be climbed did not stop them, they simply called up an another engineer with a cherry picket to complete the pole install. I get the bandwidth I was promised, I could not be more pleased with connect fibre.

Arrived spot on time, 3 man crew fitting overhead cables and fibre box all at the same time, install was swift and well done. Very clean workmen, ensured I was happy with how they left my home and install area.
Great premium router included, not cheap own brand rubbish.
My connection has massively improved 33mbs to over 900 including upload.

Very pleased with Connect Fibre today. Niall and Nicky installed it for us. They were very polite, efficient and above all patient with us oldies! All was explained and guidance given when asked about the best position for the router. They left after a couple of hours or so taking their rubbish with them and leaving the site tidy…. Very well done!
