Excellent customer service! everyone I spoke too spoke too was very nice and very helpful. I even rang a couple of times over two days and got the same person which was great because they knew who I was and I didn’t have to keep repeating myself. I work in customer service and really appreciated the staffs caring service. Calling companies customer service can be extremely frustrating some times but connect fibre made everything very clear and easy. Thank you Hayley gardiner

Probably the particular charm of the salesman - coupled with prompt response to questions. Kept in regular contact while I considered the registration offer but without this getting too pushy.
Plus, yellow was a favourite colour as a kid.

Had an initial eta of January, this then became April and now we are no longer getting it fitted in our area.
Zero communication from the company. Have been signed up with them since October and now we are no longer getting it?

The installation was absolutely fine- no issues whatsoever ever.
However there was little concern as to where the best placing of the router should be and therefore ensure maximum coverage from the router.
Maximum coverage was not considered so a mesh “router” at an extra £8 a month was an unwelcome and wanted surprise.i am now left with a decision i.e. do i purchase a universal Mesh system to avoid the £8 per month addition which will be in perpetuity.
I suggest a coverage survey, prior to installation, would be extreme helpful.
