I decided I would switch to connect fibre after being with sky for over 20 years because my daughter had gone with them and said they were brilliant. This was not the case for me! The installation was fine nice man did a good job, even the speeds are as promised however when my TVs won't connect neither the 1 upstairs or downstairs I am not happy because it says they guarantee wi-fi in every corner of the house, after speaking to them a few times doing various different things changing channels etc they tell me I can add another pod to my account BUT I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT !!! why should I pay for it I thought they guarantee wi-fi in every corner of the house🤔 so anyway I have been left with no choice but to pay for it (sorry they let me have a month to try it) it has only added 1 bar to my signal strength so I think I may go back to sky

I am really impressed with Connect Fibre! I've had flawless internet from the get go.
I knew where I wanted the Wifi router and they spent no time in installing it, making sure I knew what I needed to know.

I have never had any issues that isn't simply rectified with a chat to the awesome UK based support staff.

I had a visit from Loz the other day to check everything is good. He seems like a great guy and knowledgable about Fibre. We had a good chat and its nice to see a friendly face making everything is working for their customers.

Connect fibre spent the time to locate the best location of the router and choose the most sensible route for the optical fibre from the telegraph pole into the house. Once connected using the linksys app to manage the router has been straightforward. The broadband speed increase has been great,
