I can't comment on the service yet but booking an installation was easy via online chat. (I was already registered on the website) and when I explained I was a pensioner, but not receiving any welfare entitlement, they gave me a discount :)

I have signed up , been contacted to confirm banking and payment details . It has been a week now and no one has made contact regarding provision date and process for my supply. I have now , quite quickly after my review had this issue sorted. The email that they send after your order , so that you can arrange an installation date , is slightly confusing because it is headed “ order your full fibre and book your appointment today” As I had already ordered the supply this looked like a further sales promotion

The engineeers were excellent despite a number of difficulties that took them much longer than expected. However the admin and organisation prevented this from being a 5 star review. I was not told engineers could not go into my loft which was almost a job stopper. I did not know they need a neighbour to agree for engineers to go into garden to run overhead line. Again a job stopper. You indicate it’s easy to book instillation almost any time,
but when I did it you could not do arranging until 3 days after cancelling existing contract. I was told something could be done about that but it did not happen. Pleased with final result but overall service left something to be desired. Pity.
