Superb from start to finish!!! Very prompt and arrived on time for install. Installation is very tidy and and installed in the room I originally wanted Sky 🤮 to do but they didn’t. Very tidy and professional and super happy with the consistent speed and connection. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!!!

Chris and Elliot were the installers and did a fantastic, swift job. Due to an error (ours) we needed all the boxes moved which they came back and did without any fuss or mood. In fact they were super understanding and remarkably friendly even though we were the ones causing the frustrations!

Lottie, was helping from the head office / customer support side of things. Another fantastic job to help get us sorted for an additional product and calling the installers to come back and help us.

Aside from the customer service, the speeds are excellent. We have been in an area that Open**** have just ignored and expected us to put up with slow speeds and daily drop outs. New speeds will make work and general life (as everything connects these days) far easier. Also, the prices are extremely competitive if not better than some of the "big" four.

Customer service is at a standard I haven't experienced before. Its oddly exciting to be with a company who don't treat their customers like a number but as humans and do so with professionalism, care and humility.

The engineer was great and the people I had contact with on the phone were great. My only issue was that I had to change my mind about the TV when I realised I wouldn’t get all the channels I have at present.

Installation and value for money is spot on. I had some very intermittent drop out issues for a good few months however Janusz in the support team went above and beyond and found a solution and I now have a solid, stable and ultra fast connection that has absolutely changed the way I work!
