Lovely helpful polite company Jason was very helpful with no pressure and sorted out easy finance payments which was flexible which I was very pleased with .The engineers turned up when they said they where very polite and helpful no hassle engineers also cleaned up after them selves and left the house tidy was reluctant which company to go with was very happy with the staff and service would highly recommend

The fitting was straight forward as it was one for one, it was all done in the day, and set to work immediatel, the 10 year manufacturers waranty, with the service plan for £10.99 a month was excellent value for money.I Would recommend hug to anyone looking to change their boiler.

"Excellent experience with Hug"

Had my new boiler fitted by Hug, fitter went above and beyond, expertly fitting it, and carrying out minor repairs to existing radiators. He even re-fitted tiles which came off during fitting. Electrician who followed to complete wiring, also quick and efficient. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hug, for price, knowledge and service. Thank you for a great job!

Hug was the best price i found for like for like combi boilers on the net by a long shot, they were very helpful with any questions i asked and the installation was conducted in a very professional manner. The engineer was very knowlegable and took his time installing the boiler which put me at ease.

All in all I think I choose wisely dealing with hug and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody that might be thinking about upgrading their combi boiler. Many thanks for a great deal and service.

New boiler fitted Excellent install team. Craig and Martin. A few problems with boiler (manufacturing assembly). Jason from HUGLIMITED sorted it all out straight away. Problems were nothing to do with HUG or the install team but they sorted it out straight away. Getting my services done with them for the future. Good company.

"Obviously someone in my street has…"

Obviously someone in my street has decided to use this company- they park 2 vans blocking of the street and cars from parking- including my motability car. I contacted this company to make a complaint- showing them a picture of there illegal parking and did not even get a reply - a disgrace in customer service
I believe they want more information- well they got that when I emailed them and sent photo but was ignored so guess what - I am returning the favour
Then hug went complaining to trust pilot to try and get this review removed - I proved that what I stated is fact!
