I had decided on replacing my 21 year trusty boiler and decided on a Viessmann after reading numerous reviews, Viessmann recommended HUG to fit unit, I had a few discussions with Jason regarding the right boiler, I was originally go to go for the larger 111 boiler but Jason recommended against this one as the 100 35kw was more than sufficient and was £600 cheaper with extra 2 year warranty, Great advice, the 100 35 KW is brilliant and massively more efficient than my old boiler, should have replaced it years ago.
Jason's advice was spot on, really nice guy and very professional.
The boiler was fitted by Craig who was great, very neat and tidy, very professional, he explained all the controls.
I would have no hesitation in recommending HUG boilers to anyone.

"Appalling service …"
Since 13 December 2024 I have been trying to get my boiler serviced.
On the same day I had an afternoon appointment and at 4:50pm I got a call to say the engineer would not be able to attend.
It was rebooked for 17 January 2025
I got a call on the morning informing me no engineers were available to attend.
Rebooked for 17 February 2025.
Again got a call in the morning saying no engineers available and was booked in for Tuesday 18 February 2025 in the morning.
Got another call on 18th February 2025 in the morning saying engineer is not available.
Rebooked in for Friday 28th February 2025 between 8-10am
I rang the company at 11am on that morning to be told there is no booking on that day. The person had booked it in for 28th March 2025.
On all the above occasions I had taken time off work for an engineer to attend.
Absolutely dismayed at the number of attempts it has taken and yet no boiler service.
Based on my experience I am highly doubtful anyone will attend on the 28 March 2025.
This is well beyond belief that a reputable company can inconvenience customers to this extent.
I have had to take annual leave on all the above occasions and wasted my precious leave.

Right from the get go Jason gave great advice making picking the right boiler for me so much easier, Logic+combi2 c30. And at a reasonable price.
The engineer Jack turned up nice and early on the day set to work straight away, he was very polite & respectful.
The job was completed and Jack went through everything he'd done and the functions, Inc how to use the EPH control. Jack took all debris and rubbish away leaving me back in the 21st century with heating and hot water. Definitely recommend HUG BOILERS.

From start Jason gave great advice,boiler was installed when we needed it within a week, lads johhny and his mate(sorry forgot his name)were great ,arrived early after a 1half hour journey, straight into the job ,polite respected our home( I'm a fussy person 😀 ) great job would recommend hug boilers, competative quote ,I went with worcester bosch 4000 30kw, so quiet I had to check it was working OK!! Great 👍

From start to finish with firstly Jason who went through all the details so thoroughly with me and was such a nice person .
Adrian the engineer was again very thorough and extremely polite then the electrician Wayne who again was a pleasure to having working at my house .
From start to finish it was a pleasure to have all the work done by this company and I will have no hesitation in recommending them to other people

Excellent initial communication from Jason Brownrigg The Heating Surveyor who set the job up and a excellent Installation from Craig Coleman the Installer.
Craig was bang on time this morning and the Installation was completed in no time at all.
He used covers and I have to say was one of the cleanest and tidiest people I have come across.
