A very professional service from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with at Hug Boilers gave us an informative and non pushy service which helped us make a informed decision when choosing our new boiler. We received many quotes from different companies when our old boiler broke and I can honestly say Hug Boilers are very competitively priced whilst at the same time supplying an excellent service to their customers and whilst supplying top of the range boilers. Excellent company!

From the initial call with Jason to the fitting from Craig I have nothing but good comments to give. Jason was really helpful and friendly and answered all my questions as I don’t have much trust for trade workers.. he went above and beyond as far as I’m concerned.
Once it was all booked in the engineer Craig arrived and was an absolute legend. He worked really neatly and found solutions with no negativity at all.
I would highly recommend HUG, especially if you get Jason or Craig.. hope they are all as good as those 2.!

First time I have written any sort of review for services provided.
We recently installed a new boiler using HUG as our supplier & installer. Jason from HUG provided a very competitive quotation only providing the items we needed without any supposed additional items others had insisted we included with their quotations. From the outset a helpful, professional & courteous experience with good communication as to the status of our order.
The installation of the boiler was completed exactly as planned. Our installer, could not have been more helpful completing the work in a professional manner leaving our home spotless after the installation. We could not have asked for better service during this whole experience.
We would highly recommend HUG to anyone considering a boiler change.

Put me in a very hard situation.
2 years ago I purchased a boiler from HUG with 5 years service added to the price. Issues with booking appointment - checked. Good luck to all that are trying - cancelled, rescheduled , no availability - that is one.
My boiler is at the loft of the house that doesn't have loft ladder and lighting, because I don't really use it and is hard to install one due to position of the hatch. When salesman came to check, he advised me that I need to have loft ladder and board around boiler and have lighting, but it wont be a big problem as long as the technicians can get to the boiler for service. We called a carpenter, who couldn't do the job due to the hatch position, but he boarded around at least and left. Chris the salesman assured me that it wont be a problem as long as I have any kind of ladder prepared before the service is due so the engineer don't lose time installing ladders, lighting etc.
And that was fine 1st year, until this year (only 2nd service ) I have issue with the boiler - it doesn't hold the pressure in the system.
Called HUG and explained what is the issue, they redirect my call to BOSCH with whom is my warranty and guess what - BOSCH Health and Safety doesn't allow engineers to go up the lofts without fixed ladder, boarding and light. Anyway before my account get banned one of the guys from BOSCH came and told me that this boiler WASN'T serviced properly ever!!!
So now, boiler is not working, not holding pressure, calling HUG, they send me to BOSCH because warranty is with them. It is just stupid circle that they put me in. That is my case, I can see many people happy with them. And I was one of them until problem occur :D
Anyway, just wanted to share, we are all good when there is no problems :) Anyway I got to go to find carpenter to give me a solution for loft ladder so I can get BOSCH to remove the ban on my account so they can sort the boiler cause it is getting cold. Cheers HUG Boilers.

Tom and Luke spent the whole day removing our old boiler and installing anew one and clearly explained the controls of the wi fi thermostat. They were clean and tidy and very helpful with my questions.
Very please with the install.
