"Service engineer visit at odd time"
A service engineer visit is booked for the morning or afternoon. Also, the engineer should ring on completion of the job prior to yours! So, the engineer arrives at a totally different time without an update phone call. Nobody in, no surprise!

Great service from Hug Boilers, Very good price no pressure sales men boiler was fitted and up and running 2 days after I placed my order, Went for the Ideal Logic + 30kw what a difference this has made to my heating, Many thanks to Jona & his apprentice for installing the boiler, Great lads nice clean job done.

"Ounew boilerr existing boiler had broken down…"
Our existing boiler had broken down (again) so we decided to renew. I got three quotes (Hug was not the cheapest). Their rep came and did a survey a chap Called John. He gave me no end of advice and being an engineer myself I understood most of what he was telling me. We chose a Viessmann boiler. This was on Wednesday 15th Jan. The very next day Thursday 16th Jan the engineer Michael Stephenson came and fitted our new boiler. He arrived well before appointment time and the new boiler was installed and running by lunch time. The service was second to none and the boiler has 12 years warranty and the first five years servicing included in the price. We are very happy with the whole experience with Hug and their service. Please pass on our thanks to John and Mick (sorry but I can't remember John's surname)

What more can i say, the engineer arrived on time. Then explained everything that was going to happen, then on completion explained everything about the EPH control. I was more than pleased with everything that he had done, you would not have known he had been here. As for HUG Boiler's the company where very helpful in all aspects, especially Jason in providing all the information on the various boilers. With very competitive prices, i would definitely recommend to anyone.

"Hug Boilers fantastic customer service"
Can't praise Hug boilers and in particular Jason and Rachel. I recently had a problem with my boiler which had been fitted 6 months ago. The fitting was done on the day and at the time agreed and the engineer was fantastic. The water pressure dropped on my boiler and I couldn't fill it. My fault as I assumed it was the same as my old boiler but sadly not.
Contacted Hug who immediately put in a request to ideal. Ideal contacted me to say the boiler was out of warranty. It was the weekend but I sent a WhatsApp message to Jason on Sunday evening who assured me our boiler was in warranty and Rachel would sort it first thing the following day. Just after the office opened I received a copy of an email sent to Ideal with my warranty documents attached to put any doubt aside. Same day got a call from Ideal who walked me through the refilling and arranged a visit from an engineer to nip up a couple of loose connections.
Well done Jason and Rachel. Customer service at it's very best.

John (surveyor) was very helpful in assisting with choices of boilers. He went through the process of ordering and then what would happen at installation.
The installation engineer (Greg Roper) was very professional in his approach and explained the approximate time table for the installation. He arrived at the requested time and carried out the job in a clean and tidy manner.
On completion of installation he explained the controls for the boiler
