Bathroom takeaway were very good however there couriers let them down, I was expecting a delivery on Tuesday but by Friday the item hadn’t arrived so I had to call to find out where my delivery was, they called the courier and was advised that my item was damaged and they wasn’t aware so a replacement hadn’t been sent out until I called to query it. A replacement was sent out but this then caused issues as the plumber was due on Monday to fit the item, my delivery finally arrived at 4pm the following day setting our bathroom back by 2 days which was of great inconvenience.
Maybe Bathroom Takeaway should have a system in place to be notified when items aren’t delivered, it would save a lot of stress and wasted days waiting in for a delivery and inconvenience for the tradesman hired.
