The website is user-friendly with good product options and hassle-free payment. Delivery was smooth, though quality could be improved in some areas. Overall, a good experience and I’d likely shop here again. Four stars.

"Lovely radiator but the courier company"

Lovely black 2 column radiator exactly as described and prompt delivery. Only issue was the courier used. Unknown and gave no notification which was needed for a large item as this. They then left it 'in a safe place... which most definitely NOT safe. The sat it upright against my garage door in full view of the street and every passerby at 7.10am. Good job we we're already away to work otherwise it wouldn't have been there when we got back. As much as a I love the radiator and the price this was enough to put me off buying from them again
