They use the worst delivery company I have ever witnessed. Sent a tracking number,downloaded the app the tracking info said it left warehouse at 1230 and would be with me between 10am and 1130am.Turned up at random 4 days later,when I wasn't there.Try to arrange new date and delivery instructions on app but it just crashes,tried both android and apple versions.Srill haven't received it and have no idea how I ever will

"Only half of shower enclosure delivered"

Ordered a shower enclosure, good price and good communication from company around delivery. Delivered as promised BUT half of the enclosure only. Contacted company and was advised the other half would be delivered next day. DID NOT arrive, called again to be told would be delivered today....... Not holding out much hope. Company appear to be unsure as to where the other half of my shower enclosure is.... bathroom fitter has had to be put back which is costing me money. Hard to understand how when the courier picked up two parts only one got delivered...

Further to the above, was called by Steph after posting the above review who has arranged for the missing part to be delivered. She was very helpful
