Ordering was simple. Delivery was quick. Delivery driver brought radiator into house as only my granddaughter was in the house. So no complaints from start to finish.

Always responded to queries right away. Both products came very quickly however Yodel did leave the first radiator by my front door and didn't leave a card. Products work fine and look good.

The site is easy to search for items and order. Delivery was prompt and the 3 basins I ordered were well packaged. Unfortunately one of the basins was cracked on receipt but Customer Service were very helpful and agreed a replacement immediately. Many thanks to Steph Wandelt for her assistance.
