I just wanted to say thank you so much to the man from Ruislip Appliances (Nick i think) who saw that I was an NHS worker and paid for my lunch on Friday. What a diamond! I have no doubt that with such consideration and generousity his customers are in good hands. He made my day (although I was a little embarassed!)

I have been shopping with them for years but not any more
The staff is quite rude after they sold the item I purchased and paid to other customers. The gentleman refers himself as 'Head of Online Sales' just hanged off the phone in the middle of the conversation when I mentioned I am not very happy with this. Unbelievable! (they did issue full refund, thank god)
It is such a shame for a local shop to behave like this now. The problem here is they will do ok/well on the 'happy path'. However the hassle comes if anything goes wrong, such as stock issue, delivery damage etc.
This makes me thinking that it is really not worth buying from them any more. They are not selling any cheaper than John Lewis/AO.com and they don't have the bottom line on customer service. Basically you have to accept what they say, take it or leave it. Fantastic service! Things didn't work this way a few years ago. What went wrong Nick?

"Super service - unbelievable turnaround time"
On a tight deadline as our kitchen fitters needed our dishwasher to install to add as an integrated appliance I visited the john lewis website to find our appliance was out of stock.
On the off chance I went on to the Ruislip Appliances website (Sunday night) found the same dishwasher, they had price matched JL ordered it and would you believe they delivered it to our home address the next day - super service sooooooo impressed.
We would definitely use them again !

"Superb product selection, delivery and installation"
Have used Ruislip Appliances for many years now and have always found them to be most courteous and extremely helpful with product selection. Installation has always been superb, arriving on time, very efficient, cleaning up properly and checking thoroughly that everything is working correctly. We had a run of breaking appliances just before Christmas - built in oven & hob, microwave, fridge freezer and finally built in washing machine. Will definitely use again when next thing breaks!! Many thanks.

Had some doubts seeing this company's ratings on Trust pilot. But they were first class.
They could supply a new washer-dryer for us quickly and at a very good price. Two very pleasant chaps came to fit it two days later.
Result, one very satusfued client.

I recently visited Ruislip Appliances to look for a whole range of goods for my kitchen refit.
I was recommended to the place by a friend who had recently gone there.
I got advice on the latest models and their functions. I ended up buying my hob cooker, fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer there.
I checked on line and locally the best prices for the models I had finally selected and this place came out on top.
The choice of makes and models was also really good.
I would definitely go back there

"Very poor after-sales service, was good when ordering."
I bought a graded 1 SIEMENS combination oven, as described on website, all good as new as boxed, except for the declared small dent at the top, but I knew that, so that's ok. Delivery was good (although some delays due to oevn being stuck on demo mode), but again, it happens, no prob.
The trouble is when I call back after 1 week, to report that 1 of the 3 accessories was missing, the wire rack - an essential item for convention oven baking. After-sales customer service was rude, made you feel that you are in the wrong, insisting there were only 2 and nothing was missing. Called 3 times, and I feel upset and bullied. Still no resolved, they are still making it VERY difficult. I am not asking much, just want to resolve the matter in a professional way. Very rude people.
