I had a Rangemaster cooker delivered today and the team took a lot of time and trouble to ensure it was manoeuvred through my house with no damage to either fabric or cooker. It was easily and quickly installed and is working perfectly and looks great. All in all a splendid job from a company I have used very successfully many times in the past and will do so again.

I popped into Pembroke Rd store and the staff could not have been more attentive, their prices aren't as cheap as the Internet but if you want knowledge and service these guys are top draw I personally believe you get what you pay for and I am very happy with my purchase. Reccomend in a heart beat.

I purchased a fridge freezer from the Ruislip store on the 4th October the delivery was booked in for the 8th October. I then received a call on the 7th to inform me the fridge that was supposed to be delivered was faulty and would not be able to get a new one in till the following week but would call me to inform me when the new one is in. I waited until the 15th until I called in to find out If the replacement had been delivered, I was told I would get a call back which didn't happen, I then called in again on the 16th to be told it was being delivered on the 17th and the delivery would be booked for the 20th. I then decided to cancel the order as the whole way through the process the customer service has been awful. I was told the refund would be processed on the day and would take 2-3 working days to reach my account I called the shop on the 20th to ensure the refund had been processed and was told it had been done. Its now the 22nd October and im still without my £400. I called the shop today to find out what is going on to be told someone would check and call me back within 1/2 an hour. I waited till an hour and a half later then called back and spoke to Tristan the manager to then be told the refund had not been processed at all. He then started to shout down the phone at me I was agitated by this point but did not shout and im the one missing £400. he then hung up on me and when I said I would make an official complaint and never be shopping there again was told good! I have never received such disgusting customer service in all my life especially from a manager!!

"Very expensive and overpriced, yet unhealthy practice and ill customer service!"
We went to buy a new washing machine as the old one served its duty after many faithful years.
I had Argos and Bosch in mind but our grandmother wanted to go to Ruislip Appliances. We got there and as usual like any place, we were greeted by friendly and 'helpful' sales person. He advised my grandmother to get a Bosch but "Graded" as he convinced her its best value for her money £279.99. We were told if we paid £30 extra, they would also collect the old machine and install the new one for us. Everything went smoothly and we were happy that we got a nice, good machine.
However, the trouble started when the machine was delivered to our house. The deliver men refused to remove the old machine, and also they refused to installed the new one. He just left the 'Graded' Bosch machine just next to the front door of our house in Worple Way, Harrow. They told that the installation and removal were not in their instruction and they left. Only my grandmother, who is in her 80's, was at home at the time and so confused and did'nt know what to do.
After she told me, I rang the company and asked why it happened in the first place. They arranged that they would come the next 2 days to finish the job. However, they never came! So I rang again, and now they wanted to charge another £30 extra to install the machine for us.
And to rub salt into the wound, they said they want to take 25% off the invoice if we decided to return the machine back to them. Such ill practice should never be happened in the first place and I don't know whether all of the positive feedback on Trustpilot here were real.
In restropect, we should have gotten the machine in Argos for just 249.99 (or 280.00 with Intall/Recycle/Delivery) and Brand New not "Graded" like Ruislip Appliances.
I never understand why such company like Ruislip Appliances can survice in such current corporate dominated consumer market. However, now I totally know how they do so by trying to take advantage of the trust of previous generation like my grandmother to keep staying afloat rather than providing best customer experience and gain new customers.

"Good advice but delivered damaged goods"
Had a fridge freezer delivered today in pinner. I chose it based on advice from the staff. I thought that they gave fair and honest advice in general. However, when they delivered the item it had a dent on the left hand side panel. As we have children we wanted a new replacement immediately but they had none in stock. Then we thought they should give us some kind of discount as the item was damaged. I was only offered £25 and as we have children, who need to eat when me move in tomorrow, I had no option but to take it. This Bosch fridge freezer would probably sell for £100 less than what I paid for because of the damage and it would have been good customer service if they gave me such a discount; or at least more than the £25 refund they gave me for a damaged item. I feel that I have paid a high end price for a damaged item and I do feel upset about this. One of the staff did apologies but words are easy.

was very pleased with the friendly,well informed service,both the recommended electrical and gas fitters were lovely,smart,on time and professional.
Just one little glitch,the gentleman in the red sweater who Imet on my second visit was of another era, where I presume pleasantries and eye contact were not necessary, Iwondered what had happened to young Mr Grace!!!

"Amazing Graded Appliances"
We managed to fit out our whole kitchen with Graded Appliances, my wife was concerned that scratches etc would be visible but Nick picked out items where any damage would not be seen when fitted into the units, this resulted in a massive saving. Very Pleased.

I'm glad that I bothered to call Buyers and Sellers.
Having passed their old showroom on Ladbroke Grove for years, I knew that when I wanted to buy a cool new fridge they'd have what I needed.
The Fisher and Paykel was my dream fridge and although I had to wait a few weeks for it to arrive, it was well worth the wait.
The gruff big blokes who delivered were a bit dismissive of my confidence that it would fit the alcove, but my measurements were spot on and they had to admit it too.
The only downside is, it would have been nice if they bothered to adjust the feet and level it for me. That would have been a really nice touch. Instead I was down on the floor making the adjustments myself. The fridge is still not angled back correctly, so the door swings out and hits the wall, but hey ho!
Its an incredible device and I'm delighted to own it, so thanks for the memories and I'l be in touch about a new washer dryer in good time

"Friendly Professional"
Patient friendly service and engineer rang back when i reported a possible fault and gave me correct diagnosis (connection problem, not a faulty unit).
Good experience and would definately recommend to others for Excellent prices and service.
