A few days later we received a Panasonic Toughbook in "Like New" condition. Very few blemishes. The machine works as expected. All we had to do was DL the Sierra Wireless utility so that the wireless modem would communicate. Painless.

I ordered a Dell 7202. It was refurbished but when it arrived it looked brand new. I was very impressed. I was considering ordering one from Amazon but the reviews weren’t good so I chose Rugged Books and I’m glad I did. If I need another tablet or laptop I will definitely be ordering from them again.

So the laptop showed up, everything was perfect and to spec. I realized I didnt order a second battery. My bad. I looked on the website and didn't see anything listed. It was after hours, I sent an email, and within an hour I had a reply, was told that they would send me a product link in the morning, which they did. The final price was cheaper than anything on Amazon. Its a niche market and these folks know how to keep customers happy. I cant say this enough, if you have questions call/email/ask. If you don't see something say something. I could not be more satisfied.

First order:
This company is without a doubt the easiest, friendliest, and most technically savvy company I have worked in with a very long time. I have been in the market for a rugged laptop for 2 years now, tracking changes in price and availability and decided now was the time to buy. I needed a very specific build and within 15 minutes Rugged Books had what I needed with a listed price lower then all of the other sellers I was looking at. The online store was easy to use and the phone customer service was perfect. Absolutely perfect. If you are in the market for one of their products I recommend them completely. I'll be sending everyone who asks me where I got my computer (FOR AN AMAZING DEAL!!!) to these folks. Buy with confidence.
