The correct part was easy to find. After I placed the order, I received a call from someone from Rugged Books verifying that the item I order was the one I actually needed. Once we verified the item was correct, shipment and delivery was prompt and the item arrived in perfect condition and work properly. I will use Rugged Books again when I need items for our ToughBooks.

I spent $2,300 on a nice Dell Tablet, after waiting three weeks for to arrived I gave up and bought elsewhere, they then tried shipping another one which also never arrived, and now they are not responding to my calls or email for a credit card refund, had to call Visa and file a dispute…whilst it worked for others I would not recommend buying from them as they are so unprofessional..so sad~
Well the lies continue, I never ignored the delivery service, and certainly was never rude or abusive...however yesterday I received this from DHL, sure seems that there is dishonesty going on with RuggedBooks, DHL, or GLS. Its a month since I ordered this tablet, and I still do not have a refund!

I am reaching out to report the status of DHL waybill 1419017014.
The item was ultimately returned to our facility. It was noted that the product was extremely delayed with the third party GIS-US that we turned it over to, so that it may be delivered to XXXXX DUSTY DR NEVADA CITY CA 95959.
Long story short, upon arrival of the product to our facility, it was noted that it contained what appears to be, a protective case for a tablet PC, and not the “DELL 7230” it was stated to have. I have attached a photo for your reference.
This is a relatively unusual instance, and an investigation will be opened with all parties involved regarding what exactly happened. I can’t say for certain which party is responsible for the product swap and where it took place, but I would advise in this instance that you reach out to your retailer / shipper and notify them that you have not received the correct product; or “ANY” product for that matter.
I do apologize on behalf of DHL Express. This is not the type of service I particularly “stand behind”

When I reached out for assistance on selecting the Wryghte equipment, Naz was excellent in asking the right questions so we can understand the needs of our organization. As it turns out, I had ordered a one laptop for trial, and he indicated that that would not serve as well. a more reliable, less expensive option that would fit our needs
Best of all, he dropped off an initial sample of that proposed item that same day. we received the paperwork to ship the other laptop back, and when we placed in order for five of the Wryghte devices, it got shipped quickly.
