I had a bad fall in my home that put me in the hospital and then rehab. It was time to get a stairlift. Jon and Luis were the installation technicians. They were friendly, knowledgeable about their product, and did a great job. They were helpful with their product demonstration and making sure I was comfortable using the stairlift. I’m so thrilled to be able to go back upstairs in my home, and getting my life back to normal. We have a chairlift that Lifeway installed a couple of years ago. The chair has had a couple of manufacturer defects (no fault of Lifeway) so we’ve had to have some extra service appointments.
