Great experience start to finish. The only small issue was a delay in getting my chairlift installed before my surgery. But it ended up working out OK. John was my installer and he was great! He is professional, friendly and very thorough in the install, as well as explaining everything afterwards to make sure he leaves with you knowing exactly how everything works. Unfortunate that I need the chairlift because of my surgery, but a great experience in finding this company, and now having a chairlift permanently in the house as a preventative for any future needs. I would definitely recommend to others!

The installer was on time on the day scheduled and did a great job with the installation and a great job of explaining how to properly use the stairlift. I had a great experience with Mindy who promptly placed a service order. And Humberto R., was very helpful, and thorough. He knew what he needed to fix the problem with our lift door getting stuck. He serviced the other components to make sure everything was working ideally. He gave me his company business card so that I could call him should I have any additional assistance.
