We were very pleased with experience.the coach driver was excellent and the hotel was good the only criticism we had was the breakfast on the first morning there was hardly anything to eat they did rectify the problem after that otherwise all good

I was happy with the way the call handler managed my booking. However I had chosen my holiday from a leaflet I received in the post. The price on the leaflet was different from what I was charged. When I questioned this the call handler said it was from this price. At first I disagreed with him but then saw at the top of the page it did say from. The leaflet was giving me holidays from my preferred pickup and it was the only one to the destination I wanted so the price should have been as stated. I was not happy with this but agreed to pay it as this was the holiday I wanted.
