The receptionist was very helpful,it didn't take long to book it,

Not great but good. Telephone operator well spoken & clearly understood. Answered all my questions & queries. It is our first experience with your company & the big selling point was local pick up (Solihull) & Hovercraft trip to the I/O/Wight - not so sure of The Royal as the chosen hotel! Disappointed we had to pay for our seats on the coach but we shall see.

Well-planned trip with lots of variety. Driver was helpful and careful, and sometimes entertaining. Hotel food and service good. Multiple pick-up points made for a very long journey though for those at the beginning.

The coach travel pickups abd drop-offs were spot on and comfortable
The driver was well mannered and helpful. Our hotel was a large one near to the airport motorway network. Our room was Blean and comfortable but a little too warm for us. When we opened the window we had significant traffic noise, but we managed for one night. Breakfast was good.
The organisation and transportation to and from our concert was excellent, although we wouldn't chose to see the same again as it was not totally to our taste, but that's personal choice and clearly the majority there were enjoying this very popular performer.
