"State 11 a hidden gem in Spalding"

Vic and Greg at State 11 are very professional, knowledgeable and very caring. Nothing is too much trouble, both my wife and I have been to State 11 for numerous muscle, nerve pain and anxieties. And with Greg working his magic to get rid of the muscle and nerve pain and Vic using techniques to help with the anxieties. And all through the treatments explaining what they are doing and why totally puts you at ease. These guys at State 11 are certainly a place Spalding has needed and we are at Spalding are lucky to have. Shame there are only 5 stars as if I could I would certainly give more.

I've had back pain for as long as I can remember and was slowly starting to think I'd have to consider walking sticks or wheel chair for my future mobility, one visit to State 11 and I can now envisage a pain free future, might need a couple more appointments to sort other stuff but can't thank Greg enough. Have already recommended to colleagues, relatives and friends.

"Pure magic …"

First time having experienced any form of physio therapy. Decided to give state 11 a try. Quite literally doubled over with back pain and would have considered black magic, religion and a whole manner of other things to rid me of this agony.
After being assisted in to the studio looking like a well aged octogenarian, I was assisted onto the massage table by the other half.
Greg from S11 was very knowledgeable and was able to gather rather quickly that I was having some trouble.
After 45 minutes of being pulled, prodded, twisted and manipulated, I was able to stand up on my own accord, put both hands flat down on the floor and haven’t had an issue since.
For anyone who hasn’t tried physio for back pain, take the plunge!
I had nothing to lose at the point of entering Greg’s studio door and I assure any readers of this, it will be the best decision you have ever made.
Eternally grateful guys and will most definitely be seeing you again.

State 11 care about every client that walks through their door and that counts for a lot. You feel listened to and they have advice for you to go away with after treatment.

They have fixed me with every pain I have ever had from tennis elbow to sciatica and keeping me mobile with my knees and osteoarthritis

I always recommend state 11 to everyone. They really do fix people

I had my first appointment this week with State 11 and it the best move I’ve made! I have lower back, knee and foot/ankle pains. I filled out the relevant information they need before your appointment, online which saves you having to explain as much when you go for your appointment. So much pain has been resolved after just one session, it’s amazing. Also given lots of advice on how to do stretches etc in relation to my problems. I have no doubt I’ll be returning again for another session as and when needed. Really lovely genuine people! If you have any problems these are the guys for you! Your body deserves this kind of help and treatment.
