Greg at State 11 was first class in his treatment on my back and shoulders. Quite a painful experience, but as they say 'no pain, no gain ', but I managed to get a good nights sleep, the first in a long time. My shoulders were a bit painful the same evening, but today I great. Thank you for the care and talking me through everything. I will certainly be using State 11 again. Highly recommended.

I’ve been seeing Greg now for about 2/3 years perhaps, and I can say there isn’t any issue he’s not resolved for me.

I like running and have had multiple injuries throughout my campaign to crack my ultimate goal.

Just recently I achieved that goal and 48hrs before I had an appointment with Greg I knew I’d want that piece of mind in seeing him to help me on my way, I told him my problem areas/concerns and he went to work as he always does.

Reassuring me and getting to the spots that other forms of bodywork just do not reach.

This was my first visit with my multiple injury problems. First had a consultation with Greg who went through all my injury issues, followed by the treatment, yes it was a little uncomfortable but not painful.
