"Great at what they do, and super nice people!"

I injured my back playing basketball, and a friend recommended I go to Greg to help with it. I had never done any kind of physio before, but Greg instantly made me feel super comfortable with it, and was very easy to talk to. He was very knowledgeable and after about 30 minutes of our session, my pain was barely bothering me! I could even touch my toes, which I’m not even sure I could do before the injury!

My first visit today and o.m.g. it's like magic.Greg was amazing. he was so nice,he chatted and made me feel at ease and then he went to work. Within about 40 minutes my knee felt so much better after being in pain for quite a long time. I will certainly be recommending him to everyone I have ever met. Thank you state 11.

"Great treatment although somewhat painful"

I went with a shoulder problem and had difficulty moving my arm. After what felt like being beaten up I could move my arm much more freely. The next day I felt very sore and tender around the shoulder but could still move my arm much better. Two days on and doing the exercises I'd been given, I'm in less pain and the tenderness is going. Hurrah, although it does mean I now have to clean the windows without complaining about my shoulder. All worth the discomfort to feel this much better. Thoroughly recommend going if you have soft tissue problems.

Many thanks to Greg for seeing me so quickly and doing a fantastic job! I could hardly walk with a bad back when I got to Greg and within 30 mins he had me upright and walking again and in much less pain, a really nice guy. I will using him again if I have any issues.

Greg made me feel at ease as soon as I walked in, with his warm & chirpy manner, I have been suffering from a lot of pain in my shoulders & right arm for some months now & being a builder it is a big hindrance but with his professionalism & know how Greg has certainly made a difference for the better with both my shoulders & arm feeling so much better & I will definitely be visiting him again in the not to distant future for follow up treatment if required.

Got straight to work on my issues, very knowledgeable and made sure I knew what and why he was doing what he was, left with a good understanding of what to expect in the coming days. After visiting Greg yesterday, yes on a Sunday, I had no pain in my shoulder last night or today! I’m all taped up! I even did Legs Bums and Tums class this morning but did as Greg suggested and treated it like a rehabilitation exercise! All good, full arm movement!

Amazing, friendly, healing. I couldn’t walk upright when I went in to see Greg yesterday, pulled a muscle in my lower back, laid up for a week. He got straight to it, high intensity and within half an hour I felt brand new. I’m sore today but thanks to Greg on the mend and mobile! Don’t hesitate just go.
