No pain no gain! I have to admit I could reach higher and had more movement in my shoulders. Had some really good games of Badminton since!

"I feel like my knee has been oiled"

I feel like my knee has been oiled. Painfully oiled, but oiled and feeling much better. Greg has magic hands, I will be going back as 40 years of mistreatment won't be fixed in one session. At least I'll be ready for the pain this time, but looking forward to the outcome.

"The best my shoulder has felt in years!!"

I made the appointment after deciding that 2024 would be my year to sort aches and ailments.. turns out, I should have done this years ago (huge facepalm!)
I dislocated my shoulder around 15yrs ago, and then again 4yrs ago - I’ve been to loads of physios and had sports massages etc over the years, however it’s always still ached and I’ve just “tolerated” it.. I genuinely should have made this appointment ages ago, in the past 3 days since my appointment my shoulder feels lighter and freer than ever, yes Greg’s wizardry did hurt at the time, with the following day it feeling achy - but since, it’s not even a niggle and I’m hopeful it’ll be onwards and upwards with exercises etc to continue strengthening.

"Day 2 and pain free (MCL right knee)"

This is my second visit to Greg at State11 in Spalding. I first visited in March of 23 and more recently January 15th 24. Same problem. MCL right knee. Last time, I didnt know what to do with the pain or how to treat. The GP gave me the run around and wanted to step up pain relief, which was masking and not treating, so eventually when I went in March of last year, I was pretty much nigh on crippled and staggered into his consulting room. This time, I recognised what it was and simply limped in. Greg has a wonderful way about him, professional and has perfected friendly , but authoritative informality. After 20 minutes or so of pain (he presses, kneads, stretches and massages not just areas where you know you are in pain - but happily finds places where you didn't have a clue that you were in pain with) he then covers you with this crepe tape which supports and seems to hold everything together. I think that he also relishes the idea that later, as the tape (usually a week to 10 days) loses its integrity , he knows it will cause you more discomfort LoL. But seriously, two days later, and I am pain free, I can walk, I do not have any discomfort. I cannot recommend State11 more highly. Thankyou Greg.

"He is Magic…"

From the start Greg made we welcome whilst I struggled to walk into his studio. He works pure magic and yes, exactly as he says, I skipped out of his studio that night, the next few days I was sore and bruised like Rocky, but I could move and I can see hope and I am my pain is easing. Highly recommended and thank you Greg and Vic

I was a little dubious before my appointment but Greg put me at ease and we had a giggle along the way. Yes it hurt while being prodded and stretched but wow I feel so much better. Didn’t realise I would look like a crop circle after the cups 😂 I would definitely recommend going to see them if like me you have tried everything else and it didn’t work.
I would definitely return for another session.

Great, clear communication including appointment reminders and all the information I would expect and need beforehand.
Very friendly, caring & professional, with clear explanations of what was happening and why. Greg was happy to answer all the questions I had and was very knowledgeable. I felt I was in very safe hands and have seen noticeable improvement after just one session. I have tried so many things/people/places and this is by far the most helpful. Would recommend to absolutely everyone.

"Back niggles"

I went to see Greg because I had a small niggle in my back and it was really hurting when I was walking and just felt uncomfortable.

The room that Greg works in is a clear and open space with very little in it so you don’t feel overwhelmed by loads of equipment and loads of stuff cluttering the place, it is also a gorgeous colour which makes you feel very relaxed and very calm the minute you walk in.

Greg is a very friendly young man who immediately puts you at ease and explains in full what he’s going to do and gets you to do exercises throughout the session to check how his massage is working.

The massage itself is only painful in the places where you are suffering with pain but overall I found the treatment actually quite relaxing and I could feel my muscles relaxing as he was working on me and I was surprised at how bendy I was when we were checking how the massage was working throughout the session.

It has now been 24 hours and I cannot believe how different I feel.

I have just had the most amazing nights sleep not waking up once through the night with any sort of back issues and this morning I have been for a nice walk and there was no pain when I returned back home.

I didn’t realise how much my back was hurting until the pain disappeared and now I realise just how much it was affecting my daily life and my sleep pattern.

I will be returning back to Greg for a top up session just to prevent me from being in this sort of pain again. Greg did not at any time try to encourage me or push me to have any further treatments but I feel that it is the way forward to prevent any further problems occurring in the future.

I would 100% recommend Greg to help you manage and cure you of any pain even if you think that it is just a small niggle. I cannot wait to get back to my regular walking pattern and to get working in my garden again now that my back and my neck feel so much better.

Thank you so much Greg to you and your magic hands. I am very grateful that I am now super bendy and back to enjoying life I’m not thinking about whether my back is going to hurt if I attempt to do something.
