I have had my grill for a little over a month. I love it so far. The only thing is that my center tray doesn’t seem to be quite level. It doesn’t seem to affect the sear though.

This grill is a total game changer in the way of cooking with the proper searing and quick cooking time. When ordered it was shipped quickly and was everything I expected plus more. I would recommend this grill to anyone who wants a perfect steak and anyone who is a novice griller to a grilling master. It does do more that steak I've put chicken and pork chops and turned out excellent. One warning is not to leave it alone to cook because you can overcook your meat.

I received the grill purchase with in 5 days. June 22nd. The box showed damage and was not taped well or was re-taped. Photographed. I pulled out checked quickly and placed on indoor table then left for vacation the next day. Upon return 8 days later when hooking up I noticed the back was bent and deformed. Then looking closer at the inside packaging it was dropped in the box. The unit is over 70 lbs. As an engineer its clear the packaging corrugated cardboard is not sufficient to take a drop and prevent damage. Others complain of the same. Need to reduce the profit and get a better shipping container design and reduce quality problems.
I emailed and quickly got a return label and sent back in original box that day. Now 3 weeks later no one at Schwank can tell me what happen to it after it was received back 3 days from date sent back. So much for spending $1250 for nothing and now no grill to cook out this entire July or when? As of July 26th still no knowledge and no plan to replace. Not happy I wasted my money. Terrible customer service in the end. So much for wanting to buy product from a US company.

The materials the grill is made from are great quality. I love how quickly it heats up and how fast it cooks the perfect steak. I added compound butter to the drip pan and then rested my steak in it for the perfect finishing touch. Steak cooked in 8 total (including start time) is amazing!

The 1270.00 Blazing Bull I ordered as a gift for my brother arrived damaged with a crease across the entire length of the back about 1 inch from the bottom. I didn't notice it until after the gift was presented. Paid 70.00 for expedited delivery but had to wait an extra day because UPS didn't hold up their end of the bargain.

The thing showed up really well packed, undamaged and ready to use and I put it through its paces with all sorts of stuff. Simple and intuitive to use. Just have to remember to use a timer and NOT to walk away for a second because its so fast.
