I would have preferred if medical issues were asked about before the quote was given as then the price went up substantially, however I did really appreciate that it was an option to either insure pre existing conditions or not, for different costs, as this is not an option I’ve seen with other companies. I think the annual rate was competitive and documents came through very quickly.

Da qualche giorno provo a contattarli per chiarimenti in merito ad una polizza da sottoscrivere, ma resto in attesa a lungo -
Desidero sapere cosa succede in caso di blocco all'aeroporto per decisione del paese di destinazione o di malattia presa in vacanza.
Desidero inoltre sapere cosa succede se mi ammalo prima di partire o se la compagnia aerea cancella il volo.
Lo chiedo perchè ancora non ho sottoscritto nulla, e non vorrei che ci siano esclusioni particolari.(p.e. pandemia)

Aggiornamento del 6/3 : su consiglio della compagnia in risposta a questa recensione ho contattato Columbus con Messenger, e nel giro di un’ora ho avuto la risposta ai miei quesiti.
Aggiungo qualche stella, perché comunque sono riuscito a sapere qualcosa.
