Columbus made it simple, with clear and easy criteria documented regarding the right level of cover, and at a very reasonable price.

Scrivo prima ancor di avere stipulato una polizza. Ho fatto un preventivo on line, volevo chiarimenti per telefono, ma dopo 4 chiamate contemporanee da 4 linee diverse e 40 minuti di attesa su tutte con sottofondo di musica stucchevole, nessuno si è degnato di rispondere. Hanno perso un cliente, e spero, grazie a questa recensione, di metterne in guardia potenziali altri.
Ore 14.45: per mero scrupolo ho provato a richiamare. Stavolta hanno risposto dopo 15 minuti di attesa e mi hanno dato le informazioni richieste. Il tempo che si trascorre al telefono è comunque troppo lungo.
