NEVER USE COLUMBUS DIRECT (i.e Corporate Services Network Australia) worst experience with an insurer ever, totally unprofessional and downright dishonest and lazy.

non sottoscrivete assicurazioni di viaggio con la columbus specialmente per gli usa o vi troverete in mezzo a un mare di guai ,io avevo tutti i presupposti per essere rimborsato, mi sono sentito male sull aereo prima di affrontare il viaggio, quindi sono stato costretto a scendere ,sono andato al ospedale e ho fatto tutta la procedura per essere rimborsato almeno della meta ,ma loro ti chiedono cose impossibili cosi ti vedi costretto a rinunciare,forse é stato meglio cosi, perche ho capito se succedeva all estero mi sarei trvoato in difficolta.NON FATE L;ASSICURAZIONE E UNA AGENZIA FARLOCCA éTUTTA UNA FREGATURA

alla columbus non è interessato nulla, loro rimborsano solo per 7 casi uno più allucinante dell'altro.
peccato i soldi persi con la sottoscrizione del contratto.

Like trying to get blood from a stone if you dare to make a claim. Over 4 months since claim submitted and still waiting. Intana handles the claim details and keeps asking for tiny petty information then after 2 months hands ontothen CSP insurance to check- that was Nov 21st; If you complain gets even more convoluted involving Collinsons; All these `separate`firms are under the same umbrella and so not separate at alland assume same ownership. If you intend to ever have a claim, choose another insurer; This lot are hopeless verging on dishonest.Used them for years and had a small claim 5 years ago and complained then that slow service but only 3 months delay then; they do not intend to improve their inadequate client service evidently.

brought gifts for kids for xmas which were ruined by TSA in hawaii made a claim in November still have yet to recieve an outcome. Kids missed out on xmas. Its now Jan 4th. NEVER AGAIN

I have used Columbus for many years as they specialise in covering MOD personnel, but like all company's it's not until you make a claim they show their true value, I had to cancel my holiday due to having an accident, claim submitted with all supporting documentation as requested by the claims dept , they were a little slow in processing, but paid up in full with no additional info required, so in short , they may not be the cheapest, but as the saying goes, buy cheap buy twice or don't expect 5 star service for 1 star price,
