They just refused to pay out due to accommodation being on a boat not a hotel. Unless your a standard hotel maker this insurance is a waste of time. The staff take weeks to reply and I couldnt actually get someone to properly review the case. Im taking them to the insurance ombudsman. Dont waste your money on this expensive policy.

Purtroppo durante la mia permanenza, ho avuto un lutto in famiglia. Ho chiamato subito il numero Columbus dedicato, subito mi hanno dato delle chiare indicazioni su cosa dovevo fare. Al mio rientro in Italia, ho aperto il sinistro, subito loro mi mandano il modulo e la lista dei documenti necessari. Avevo qualche dubbio su come compilare il modulo, e il sevizio clienti ma ha guidato nel migliore dei modi.
Valutata il tutto sono stato rimborsato in tempi brevissimi. Come cliente sono molto soddisfatto.
