"Product never came and refund has still not arrive!"
I have ordered an an SMB with cylinder last year 01 march 2017. no stock for many months and they blamed it on the stockies.. After waiting too long i decided i cannot wait any more and to canceled the order. And ask for refund. It is now almost 1 year.. no item and no refund. Emails are not replied. Not trust worthy supplier. Emails are not replied too.

Similar story to others, there seems to be a pattern here....ordered items back in December only to be told that they would not be available in time for my dive trip. Cancelled the order in December and despite many many mails and calls I still have no refund. Seems they are not a reputable company.

Wish I read these reviews before ordering. Taken my money promised goods will be in stock next week. Same story every week. Now I have asked for a refund and yet more and more lies.

Similar experience. Ordered and confirmed.....waited waited waited.....over a month later i was told it is not in stock and on order and will be with me in another 6 weeks time. cancelled my order and asked for a full refund. it never came so lost my money with this company.
Would strongly advise divers place their orders with a reputable company that actually deliver the goods and on time....

I joined the Divers Warehouse family last March and have had nothing but great experiences. I have completed my Open Water SSI course and am working my way through 5 further specs.
Throughout all my training, the staff at DW have been amazing. They provide everything you need to complete the courses in the with the course price and the training is made fun and enjoyable. Everyone gets along like a family and newcomers (whether experienced divers or not) are welcomed with open arms.

** DO NOT USE ** I ordered some weights after they told me 2 weeks lead time on the 28th October. 2 month later and i still hadn't received them. I kept chasing on numerous occasions only to be told they should be delivered next week. I requested a refund nearly 2 weeks ago and still i haven't received my money. I spoke to them today and apparently they have passed this to accounts team.
When I did speak to them nobody seemed bothered, one member of staff seemed put out that I was complaining.
They have a lot to learn regarding customer service

"Pure retail amateurs"
I ordered some small items from Divers Warehouse on 8/12/2017 as a small stocking filler for Xmas. By the 20/12/2017 they still had not arrived so I phoned them up to be told the items were never in stock and would arrive in around 6 weeks time! I verbally cancelled my order and the sales guy explained my credit card would be refunded within a few days. I also backed my verbally cancelled order up with an email explaining why I had cancelled my order.
On the 16/1/2018 I received my new credit statement and no credit had been issued. Stay away from this incompetent company at all costs as there is a much more professional outfit a few miles up the road called Robin Hood Watersports who make Divers Warehouse look like amateurs!
