"Stay Away from This Shop"

Diverwarehouse is the worst online shop so far based on my experience. My order number is 100004858. They will have slow respond on your email and uncertain shipping schedule. I finally decide to request for payment refund but they have not come back yet. Stay away from this online shop if you expect hassle-free transaction.

"Called in to divers on Christmas Eve"

Called in to divers on Christmas Eve and saved the day and got the last few bits for our new year holiday, very nice and helpful staff, will be back again I'm sure, even if it's just for a coffee again

"Incompetent liars - avoid"

Ordered some goods in September. I heard nothing for 2 months and when I called them (they ignore mails) they accepted that there was no progress and the goods weren’t available. I’ve been told on 3 occasions over a month that they’ve made the refund, but it’s never materialized. They even claimed that their card machine had been stolen as part of the excuse, which I was stupid enough to believe, until their promises that they had made the refund as soon as this ‘robbery’ was resolved turned out to be lies. I still haven’t received a refund and this dodgy business has had my money for 3 months

Order number: 100004021

This is by far the worst online diving related shopping experience I ever had. Goods ordered over 7 months ago, order partially fulfilled after many e-mails, BUT the main item ordered was never delivered despite their repeated promises that item would be in stock soon and delivered.

I even contacted the manufacturers who in turn confirmed that item was available. Therefore this Company never even bothered to put an order in to secure my item. Being the owner of a small dive shop, not having this item greatly adversely affected my business over this summer, something for which I am not happy with.

Still struggling and fighting to get partial refund. Matter is now with my solicitors.

Do no believe any of their excuses.

"The worst company I have ever dealt with."

I ordered some weight pockets on 26th June. By 31st August, after numerous phone calls from me, and numerous broken promises from them, I cancelled my order and requested a refund. It then took until 30th November and repeated phone calls and emails from me for this to actually arrive in my bank account. To be honest I had long since given up all hope that the day would come!

To be fair, most of the people I spoke to were polite, with the exception of a woman in the accounts department who told me they'd been burgled at the weekend and then got uppity when I said I really didn't care. From my point of view this was just another in a long line of excuses for not refunding the £100+ that Divers Warehouse had, in effect, stolen from me several months earlier, so I really thought it a bit much for them to expect me to have any sympathy for them when the tables were turned.

It is a huge relief that I no longer have any need to have further contact with this bunch of incompetents.

"Divers Warehouse - An insult to the UK Diving Industry"

Good luck to anyone ever using this shop (don't). You'll wait at least a few months for your order and even more for a simple refund. Don't believe their lies.

Order number 10004514 (ordered in July/August, refund requested August/September. November now, still waiting....). It's about time you responded to one of my emails to provide my bank with evidence for charge back.

I have been constantly lied to. 9 times I have been promised a refund! Then each time, get told it's been processed, nothing arrives, so I call again only to find out it's "on the desk". Why should I continue to believe this lie?!

Apparently a cheque was sent some weeks ago. Of course this was never received. Why? I guess Royal Mail just always lose Divers Warehouse mail...And banks never process Divers Warehouse transactions...

Nonsense. I've spoken to you several times since the cheque was cancelled and been promised the refund each time. Without fail it has never been processed.

Everything else I get delivered to that address arrives perfectly

Pretty much the same as most of the reviews below. I ordered online 5 little bits on the 1st July. By the middle of August, they were still waiting for bits from suppliers, which is a very dubious story given the differing responses from sales which were very difficult indeed to get hold of. Emails are not replied to with any speed. Phone calls are if you call in the brief time they will take them, but I was basically fobbed off. I decided to take the 4 items that had come in and get a credit for the last one as over two months for simple o-rings and DIN inserts is frankly a joke, not to mention appalling customer service. I was told I would be credited, but over two weeks later there's still no credit. Further difficulties in getting responses I'm told that there is a problem with the credit machine (for over 2 weeks?) and they would send a cheque out. 3 weeks later I'm still waiting...

If you are near the shop, they have the item and you get it there and then, then great. DO NOT give them money before you get the item! Even though it's such a small amount of money this company has taken complete liberties with me as a customer and with my money, which they have held under false pretences for 3 months. I'm considering seeking a CCJ to be honest!

"Ordered 2 pillar valves on the 21 09 17 …"

Ordered 2 pillar valves on the 21 09 17 in person at the shop as they were about £13.00 cheaper that everywhere else was told about 10 days not a problem returned 13 days later to be told not in yet but another 10 days and they should be in. Phoned up this morning to see if they were in and was told again sorry not in another 10 days asked for a refund as I was out in Bradford I popped in to get it no reasons given. the question I should have asked as you are a IDEST test centre are you not carrying spares in stock while testing valves. the shop has gone down hill since I started to use it when it was a dive store and it was full of kit. They have not just lost my custom but that of my wife and friends who go diving they are happy to take the funds for the equipment but not to deliver the goods when needed. I would like to find out if the goods were ordered or not from MDE totally out of order will never use again


After reading your reply what a load of rubbish Bernie was asked if there was any in stock and his answer was no as your supplier is MDE who will send them out for next working day delivery as long as the order is in before 1430 your order is delivered the next day by 1200 why was the answer when ordered 10 working days then another 10 working days and then another 10 working days we could have ordered from the moon and got them quicker

"The SHITZ..........they NEVER return …"

The SHITZ..........they NEVER return your emails and if you try to call them from the USA GOOD LUCK! Waited almost 2 months for a dive bag...not worth it. Cancelled the transaction via credit card company.
**UPDATED** Look I am NOT wasting my time going over and finding all the emails I sent you. Change Mat, Drysuit dive bag, same crap. The end result is this order is over 2 months old and that is unacceptable. When I placed the order I asked specifically if it could be sent quickly and if that was a problem to get back to me, which of course you didn't and you will also claim no such remark was made. If you want PROOF the order was charged, then I shall post it along with the 4 other emails you claim you never received. Just stop digging the hole. You buried yourself deep enough. Do you really think I would bother with all this if it weren't true? Come on, I have a life.

"Avoid this company, terrible service and still no refund"

Cancelled my order as I was not happy with the service I received and was mislead by the webpage. Nearly 6 weeks later I am still waiting for my refund after being given excuses every time I call up. I am always told the same thing " your refund will be processed on Thursday when our accounts is in", weeks later and still nothing. I've called up nearly every week since I cancelled my order and now it has become an absolute joke. I would advise anyone to stay away from this company and I will definitely not be ordering again.

UPDATE
it is now 20/12/17 ( 4 months after first asking for a refund). Still no refund received and all i've been given is excuses. I've been told i have a cheque on the way and also told they were "broken into". To make it worse , not a single apology from anyone.
