"Total rubbish stay away at all costs"
Divers warehouse is a complete joke...If i could give a lower rating i would...stupidly i never paid attention to bad reviews everywhere on net....i purchased a diving knife 6 weeks ago...after 4 phone calls...they assure that knife is coming into stock the following week....but this never happens.they never respond to e mails..the customer service is like talking to a plank....so unprofessional.they are advertising items for sale that they have to source from supplier after purchase....totally rubbish way to run a business...they never ever follow up complaints and phone calls...they wont even reply by e mail...they are happy to take the money ....stay away. .. i have now had refund a full 6 weeks after the order i have not had the contact with company that they said i have...they state they can only refund on a thursday...ha...im suprised they get any custom at all....have never heard of this method of doing business.a total and waste of time and money..dont gamble with your money..go elsewhere.....anywhere will be better...ive edited my review countless times because divers warehouse dont like the truth...so this is the nice review...believe me when i say"STAY AWAY".

dreadful service from a company with high google search ratings. placed a order and had no confirmation reply, however a separate immediate worldpay debit from my bank account. After waiting 4 days I looked at website and noticed my placed order was supplied from manufacturer.. that's fine, I thought, had things from simply scuba and mikes dive store and took 5 days maximum if not in stock.. sent emails and waited, then phoned and was told the usual stuff others had reported on here.. I told them the facts, very bad review's and wanted a refund, told had to wait 2 weeks because the girl from accounts was on holiday!! So a manager or owner had no authority to refund me? told to phone back in 2 days and speak to Billy, which I did, he promised a refund that afternoon, nothing , phoned 3 days later, he admitted he forgot and would do it the following day. I reminded him I would email him that day, nearing close of business ,nor refund from worldpay, so a final email to him with a few threats of further action, 10 minutes later a refund..
all in all 3 weeks from time of order to settlement..

Ordered Dry Suit Undergarments from this retailer and got nothing in return. Got apologetic responses to emails saying "ordered from Supplier" but nothing was ever shipped and no refunds offered. If zero stars were an option I would give it. If you have ordered from this company I'd recommend filing a complaint with your credit card or paypal immediately to recoup your costs.
Edit: 8/6/17 - I have received half of my order to date after ordering in December of 2016....I'll leave this as warning to others.

"Waiting 2 months so far for a refund"
Divers Warehouse UK took £200+ of my money 2 months ago and I still have nothing to show for it. I ordered some dive gear online (2 months ago) needless to say after a long wait it hadn't arrived and I was forced to purchase elsewhere. I requested a refund which I am still waiting for it ... that was almost a month ago. I have today initiated a Merchant Dispute with my bank.
If you read the majority of the reviews on the site or any other its the same story, a pattern of behavior. It is beyond unacceptable to just take peoples money - in my book it is theft.

The absolute worst online purchasing experience ever. Paid dec 30 2016, just got refund today, 2/7/17. No wetsuits ever arrived. A series of lies, constant lies and failed promises from the staff as to delivery dates. Then finally they send a ups tracking number, that has not had a product shipped under it - just a shipment notification. Rang again, more excuses and bs as to it being sent. Finally had enough and demanded a full refund after threatening to notify the ombudsman. I'm now out around 40 pounds in currency changes, credit card fees and skype fees. What a joke. Avoid at all costs.

Absolute joke from start to finish, took 3 months to complete my order and then still couldn't get it right, sent the wrong wetsuit, fair enough they offered to take the wetsuit back and reorder but after waiting 3 months for this one I am not prepared to waste my time waiting another 3 months.
Constantly chased either by email or phone on a weekly and sometimes daily basis and constantly filled with empty promises and false dates for delivery just to be let down every single time. When Billy is not about dont waste your time speaking to anyone else as they haven't a clue and will just tell you a pack of lies saying they will get Billy to ring you back the next day, have a guess what Billy never rings
If your ordering online dont bother because if its larger than a snap bolt it would be very unlikely they will have what you want in stock. Mind you part of my order was 2 snap bolts and they managed to get that wrong as well.
DW must have tons of custom instore because if they rely on their online store it's a wonder they are still trading,
Reply as expected Billy it you did not supply me the suit I ordered if you read my item number on my order and enter into the search on DW that is a completely different style to what you sent me. I supplied you numerous links right from the beginning showing you the style I was expecting and requested

"4 weeks for refund !"
Purchased camera. Returned within my rights.
Waited 4 weeks for refund. Needed to send many email, make phone calls to get it. Company blaimed updated on system and being small business. Promised to refund me postage, but another 2 weeks later and nothing.
Not happy with the service at all. Next time wetsuitoutlet (already used few times - wonderfull, now Mikes store )
Bad experience, not recommended, will never use again.

Ive deleted my first comment as it was not fair to comment on courier company delay. But 4 weeks for refund and 6 weeks and postage still not refunded.
I havent received any cheque. I did send copy of my signature so they could compare. The courier they are using eithet lies or lost it.
