Yes cheque has been received sat 30th sept

Post stamped 28.09.17 6:32PM yet you say it was posted AM before I phoned ( will glady take photos of the post stamp if you wish to see ) to prove my point
To say there is no substance in my review so I should not be aloud to write one

You said quote" I only asked the week before for a refund" so why were my card details taken on 3 different occasions when I phoned about this order and a refund

FACT
in total 7 phone calls made 3 times was promised order would be there the next week
4th call asked for refund card details taken
5th call told accountant went out never returned so refunds not put through again asked for refund card details taken again
6th call still no refund another excuse given card details taken again
7th call very angry one excuse given again cheque issued after phone call
If your staff can't pass on the proper information to you then this is not my problem
If you wish the times and details email me and I will gladly pass them to you to prove there is substance in my review as to date it has taken over 8 weeks from when I first phoned In my order and not told items not in stock to finally receive a cheque and only after an argument over the phone
Is this the way you really want to conduct your business

Update 28/09/17
Surprise surprise still no refund or goods
Phoned yet again told more BS about refund system being changed
After a very angry argument was told that a cheque was posted out today to me 28/09/17
Phone call made @10:13 email received @10:25 with a sales receipt showing a so-called sales refund @10:23
Strange how that was 10 minutes AFTER I phoned them but the cheque had supposedly been posted out to me when I phoned
So will wait and see if this arrives
Did advise them that if this is not resolved by next week I WILL remove goods to the value of my order from there premises and any expenses occurred during this process
Again can only stress read the other reviews on here and avoid them like the plague

Order equipment by phone
Order never arrived
When I phone to find out about order was told they were out off stock
Can't understand why I wasn't told that over the phone when I placed my order
That was july 2017 now september almost October and still no equipment or refund despite several phone calls to them about refund
Had excuse after excuse from them
Still can't get this resolved
Phoned again today again promised a refund which will take another 3 to 5 days
Will never use again
Avoid like the plague do yourself a favour and buy what ever you are looking for from someone else not this bunch of clowns

"Wish I read the reviews before I made …"

Wish I read the reviews before I made my order!!!! Ordered two products from them, assuming they are in stock and so would be delivered within a week. But no - so chased them. Get told product has to be order!!! Like many other reviews keep getting told that they are expecting a delivery!!!! Numerous e-mail exchanges and same sorry!!!! Get fed up and ask for a refund - need to phone them and get told that refund needs to be processed by the accounts person who only works one day a week!!!!! Then still no refund!!!!! Would never use them again. Save you time and money and use a company that will send you the product you have paid for in a timely manner.

"Would never use again, read other reviews before parting money with them!"

Would never use again. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, Placed an order and waited 2 weeks, I chased and they said it was missed off the original order, no phone call to explain the delay or to let me know, asked for a refund as I needed the item urgently.

***Emailed on the 6th September and was advised I would be refunded**

**** , Still NO Refund and is the 8th September, (1 Month Later) emailed again to chase the refund, I also called to chase as had no reply to tmy email, was told I would be refunded. Original Order was 11th August. *******
** Still no refund or communication ** 12th September

** Tried calling on the Thursday 15th September phone number unobtainable they day accounts are in. (Same the week before) **

Called the Bank to claim money back as I had given enough chances and after reading other reviews and people having the same as me.

AVOID AT ALL MEANS DO NOT GIVE MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE

I wish I had read reviews before ordering from them!

"Purchased goods from website shown as …"

Purchased goods from website shown as in stock,took money immediately.After 3 weeks non delivery contacted them for answer to find out goods were actually out of stock and waiting on suppliers(no contact from them to let me know this) Asked for refund which was accepted by them and 4 weeks later still no refund. Contacted them again got excuses that refund was being processed.....after 4 weeks?......are they delivering it by hand?Very Unprofessional and unbusinesslike will never user again. Customer service zero which is what the rating should be

Very helpful and kind people even got a coffee, it's the first time I've been to the new shop and must say it's very nice
Will be back again closer to Christmas to do my Christmas shopping for the hubby

"Avoid at all costs!"

I wish I’d read the reviews on this company before trusting them with my order. Divers Warehouse used to be a well known and respected company with a loyal following of divers who would trust them for quality equipment and drysuits. I’ve now lived overseas for many years working on short term contracts and move periodically. Obviously things have changed beyond recognition since then.

I ordered a BCD online at the start of April and it was paid for immediately. I was hoping to have it by the end of the month, so I could pack it in my shipment moving to the next country, and wrote to them to ask about this. I never received a response to that query. By the end of May there was still no sign of the BCD and this caused a problem as my shipping was now leaving port, without the new BCD. I wrote requesting a refund and received a letter back offering to forward the BCD to me instead when it arrived. I refused this offer as I knew it would then attract a large import tax in my new country.

I wrote demanding a refund this time and received a response saying that a refund would be sent to the credit card that had paid for the item. Unfortunately that credit card account was now closed as it was by now, the end of June and I had left that country, closing that account. I sent UK bank account transfer details instead so that funds could be refunded there instead. 2 weeks later I got a repeat email telling me the money would be transferred to my credit card account and once more I respond with the same information. I was at this point back in the UK for a month between international work contracts. This pointless exchange was repeated 3 times by email and two phone calls. Eventually I sought legal advice and was advised to give Divers Warehouse one more chance to rectify things and record their response. I called them one last time the day before moving overseas to my next country and was connected to a girl who said she knew nothing about the case but had just been told to check my credit card details with me. There was no-one else available at the company to speak to. I explained once more that this credit card account was now closed and requested again that the funds be repaid into my UK account.

Two weeks later I received a notification from World pay, that Divers Warehouse had repaid this amount into my credit card account in Switzerland - the one that no longer exists! So I am now living in the Philippines and Divers warehouse, having provided consistently crap service and poor communication, causing a fair amount of stress since April, has repaid the money they have been gaining interest on for the last 5 months, to a credit card account in Switzerland that no longer exists.

"Divers warehouse...GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!"

Divers warehouse.... please refund me immediately, TODAY!! It has been 26 days, three emails and god knows how many phone calls since you promised you'd refund for the item which was ordered 46 (!) days ago and never dispatched to me. If you choose to ignore me once you get out of your last minute 'meeting' , I'll be forced to have the money reimbursed by my credit card company and have the company investigated by every relevant ombudsman.

"Terrible"

Terrible. Ordered some goods. Over 4 months later I still hadn't received them. But they did charge me from the start, so they've had my money for 4 months. 2 weeks ago I asked for a refund. Nothing has come back to me. Don't touch this company. Order from somewhere else.

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS"

Took money from me for a knife, which I waited 2 weeks for and heard nothing back. I called them and no answer for two days. I finally got through and they said the knife is out of stock and they will "let me know" when its back in. Totally unprofessional so I requested an immediate refund, and was told I would get a refund 'as soon as possible'. 1 week later and after 3 more email, I call again...this time I get told the refund was made today. So I waited until the morning (next working day) and surprise surprise, no refund. I have gone to the bank today to report the fraud. I wish I had looked at some reviews before dealing with this unscrupulous company. I'd also like to add that they don't answer the phone Mon, Tues and Weds...I have contacted WorldPay (who provide their virtual terminal) to let them know how the handle (don't handle) their refunds.

In regards to the post below from DW. I have contacted you via email and phone, I am not putting my personal information on a public forum. You STILL have not refunded me, even though you have told me on 3 occasions I would be getting one last week. I see my bank have refunded me today and are now going to chase you for the money.
