Looks sturdy and robust and comes with 3 year guarantee.
Update it broke and they refused to honour the so called 3 year guarantee period which was still valid and failed to engage or offer me a replacement.
Obviously a liars.

I called to check a product was in stock as I've had problems locating a particular model. The lady on the phone was very helpful; if I placed my order online straight away (Friday lunchtime) she would look out for it & process it ASAP. My delivery arrived Monday lunchtime. Yeah, I'm so pleased.

I placed an order online for a cordless vacuum cleaner. The checkout stated that delivery was free. Subsequently I received an email stating that if I wanted the product, I'd have to pay another £20 to have it delivered to Northern Ireland. Any extra delivery charges should be stated at checkout...it's not that difficult!! Even a message at checkout stating excess delivery charges to certain postcodes would be advisable!
As a consequence the item I thought I had bought (as a gift for a disabled person to enable them to clean, as opposed to a big, heavy machine) I will now have to find another vendor, and ensure they don't have the same policy on shipping!!
