Ordered a Lenovo ThinkPad E570 from these guys. When ordering I specifically verified that it was a model with Intel wifi according to their specsheet, and not one with a Realtek chip.

The order arrived, we wiped the operating system to get rid of any adware/spyware (as any sane techy person would do), and could not get the wifi drivers to install. Turns out they sent us a model with a Realtek chip instead of the one that we ordered from their website.

We decided not to make a problem out of this at the time.

Now, just under 2 years later, there's a permanent blue line on the display. No worries, we thought. That's what warranty is for. CentralPoint was quick to dismiss our warranty claim as "usage-induced damage". So I guess that means that any warranty claim is automatically invalid, unless the product has never been taken out of the box.

The laptop has always been used in a stationary location, and has never been dropped or mishandled in any other way.

PAS OP: dure laptop gekocht, na 1 week gebruik grote problemen mee en dan moet je ervaren dat Central Point TOTAAL NIET helpt om het euvel snel op te lossen: er wordt je doodleuk verteld dat zij er niets k aandoen, dat je je moet richten tot "het merk"... central point laat alles op zijn beloop, PC nu al 5 weken "kwijt", CP zet geen druk bij leverancier, heel frustrerend... de volgende keer wordt het hier een Coolblue aankoop: zij kunnen dan toevallig WEL dergelijke toestanden ZELF oplossen, zonder altijd maar alles af te schuiven op "de leverancier'... voor ons bent U de leverancier hé: wij kochten bij u en niet bij Asus, snap je!?

M'ont vendu un laptop HP dont la garantie était déjà partiellement écoulée ( 4 mois) et n'enregistrent pas le Care Pack que j'ai pourtant acheté chez eux. Escroquerie.
A Maja : j'ai chatté avec Yannick, envoyé plusieurs mails à garantie(at)centralpoint.be sans une réponse. Ca ne fera que le 3e contact depuis septembre . je ne vous crois plus. J'ai perdu un client et ma réputation. cela suffit comme ça.

"déception"

J'ai commandé quelques fois en 5 ans, sans problème. Cette fois-ci, cela ne va plus du tout. La facture met du temps à arriver. Je commande une extension de garantie pour un ordinateur. Après vérification sur le site du fabricant je constate qu'ils ont empoché le paiement mais fait aucune démarche auprès de ce fabricant. Commande reçue fin août, six semaines plus tard, toujours pas en ordre. Et aucune réaction du service de garantie aux mails

Je commande un Macbook. On me certifie par mail que c'est un clavier azerty. Je le reçois rapidement, mais en clavier qwerty. Lorsque je veux leur retourner mon achat, on me signale qu'ils ne reprennent pas les articles ouverts. Comment voir le type de clavier sans ouvrir ?????

Er ging wat fout bij de levering van mijn bestelling. Vanaf het moment dat ik dit meldde werd dit goed opgevolgd en uiteindelijk opgelost.
