Billy at Riviera Automotive was fantastic!!
We had a bit of a drama but Billy went out of his way to take all the stress out of the situation and managed to get the car delivered to us in time!!!
We would definitely recommend Riviera Automotive as a premier (No. 1) dealer of choice!!!!!

Recently picked up my new purchase from Riveria. Billy was really helpful and considering they're there to sell cars, there's no pressure tactics. They're completely focused on ensuring the car meets your specs. Great experience and I would highly recommend them.

"Great experience at Riviera automobile Ltd"

P/X my Audi for one of Riviera’s 110 Landy’s. Great bit of kit and so pleased with the vehicle. Staff (Billy) was so helpful even with me being abroad sorting out the deal. Billy got everything sorted for me, swift easy swap over with no issues. Recommend going to the dealer and ask for Billy to get you into your new vehicle.

"I recently purchased a BMW X3M from…"

I recently purchased a BMW X3M from Riviera and i just want to express how happy i am with the service i received start to finish. Everyone i came across there from the MD himself to Luca the salesman i dealt with were extremely helpful and made the experience a pleasant one. Luca did not try the usual low ball offers on my P/X and kept me in the loop on the deal the whole time even in his own free time on an evening etc.When i collected the car it had been cleaned and polished to a standard way beyond any main dealership i have ever used.I have used pretty much the same dealership for quite some years but after dealing with Luca and the guys here i will definitely now be coming back here when its time for my next car. Thank you Luca, Chris and all the guys there.

"Fantastic experience with Riviera...."

Fantastic experience with Riviera again, this is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Riviera. The quality of vehicles they have in stock to choose from are in a class of there own. I was well looked after by Billy and his great customer service, knowledge and getting things done attitude. I would highly reccomend Riviera, I know for sure I will be a returning customer.

Bought a new rang rover off riviera and its unreal. The work they have done to what i wanted. Billy dealt with everything and the full team was polite and helpful too. Thank you for such a nice car. I 100% recon mend you to any body. Il be back to upgrade in a couple of years thats for sure. Thanks billy.

"This ‘business’ doesn’t deserve one star…"

This ‘business’ doesn’t deserve one star. Other reviewers state that they are liars and cowboys and this is an accurate description that you shouldn’t ignore and I can confirm the poor reviews are accurate. The others do seem a little manufactured and I don’t believe they are honest reviews from actual customers. If you go to their Google reviews this seems a lot more accurate. I wish I had read this page before any dealings with them. They are completely incompetent, I was massively inconvenienced, mislead, and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Dealing with them has put me out of pocket, they are dishonest and I’m genuinely disgusted by the way they treat clients. More than 4 weeks ago they made an offer to purchase my car through the Motorway app. Since then they have booked three appointments to collect the vehicle and failed to turn up on three separate occasions, I’m self employed and have taken time off work, I’ve had to arrange alternative childcare and not once have I been given the courtesy of a phone call from the dealer to tell me the driver wouldn’t arrive at the agreed date or time to collect. A phone call to keep me informed would have taken them 30 seconds but frankly they don’t seem to care. So many excuses, the driver is sick, the driver can’t get a train, is lost, it sounds to me like the ‘driver’ either doesn’t exist or isn’t capable of making a journey which is quite concerning. I’ve made countless phone calls to their office, been put on hold, given every excuse they could think of, and the experience has been
Incredibly frustrating. I gave them multiple chances to make things right and they weren’t interested in doing so. Mistakes happen and that’s understandable but the customer experience here is obviously not their priority. It’s a very badly run company and making a large sale or purchase through them would make me extremely uncomfortable now I’ve experienced this lack of service. I’ve fed this back to the team at the Motorway app, they aren’t reputable, and should be removed from their panel and that’s what I’ll be pushing for.
If you’re looking for a new car or to sell your vehicle i strongly advise you avoid these ‘cowboys’ a car is an expensive investment, you should get the experience you deserve and you should be confident that the dealer is reputable and the firm will handle any issues, I’m afraid that is not the service you will receive here. Go elsewhere and good luck to you.
An update: The company’s response is weak and dismissive. They’ve ignored all points raised and blamed the weather.. ok hun. The bad reviews are consistent throughout the year and not just in December. The strikes weren’t the issue, one failed collection was the tip of the iceberg, poor communication, poor management and poor service are. After failing to take accountability even in their complaint response I Strongly recommend avoiding these people.
