"Rev.com will literally take your money"
I HAD been a satisfied, happy customer of Rev.com for about 10 years.
What kind of company based in America just takes money out of their client's checking accounts without their client's authorization? Rev.com did this to me yesterday. Plus, I am unable to speak to any real people or contact them to discuss a solution.
In addition, I just happened to notice, Rev.com just changed the terms of our agreement from Net 30 to Due upon Receipt... again, without any approval, authorization or agreement with me.
I don't know what happened to Rev.com that made them go from a company with awesome, caring customer service staff to stealing money from their customers. But this is quite unbelievable. I choose how and when I pay my bills... not rev.com robots. I cannot recommend doing any business with Rev.com
And where are they located? Austin, TX or San Francisco, CA,

I've been having a little flutter with these guys for about 8 months. I've probably spent £200. I've won a Louis Vuitton bracelet valued at £250 but there was a problem and they couldn't deliver it, so they sent me the money. I've won a Nintendo OLED, £250 rev comps credit with which I tried my luck for free and won a beautiful pair of Ugg boots worth £150.00. Great little site and the correspondence is second to non. I must say I was really excited about joining this website but after discovering I don't qualify because of my location really disappointed me and there are so many sites and online surveys that do this, it is truly upsetting since we are all trying to make a living so my question is what will it take for these sites to work in our countries this is so unfair

Despite what they tell you, they will use non-English speakers for your transcript which will result in a disaster. They will then refuse to refund your money or fix the problem. If you have multiple speakers, forget it.
