Very bad company as their policy is to keep money from users who never made use of their service. Within the trial you get billed and then there is no refund so they make money from busy people.

Ich habe ein Transkript eines Films in Englisch und Bengali von rev.com zur Weiterbearbeitung erhalten. (Scheinbar waren nur die englischen Passagen beauftragt.) Da ich nicht Auftraggeber bin, kann ich dazu sowie über Tempo und Preis nichts sagen.
Das Skript, das ich erhalten habe, war verheerend!
Der Timecode stimmte nicht mit üblichen Gepflogenheiten überein (2-3 sec Versatz), Rollennamen/Sprecher-Zuordnung sehr wirr. Immer wieder Textfehler. Offensichtlich wenig Bemühen um Korrektheit - von 99% (laut Homepage) kann keine Rede sein; es wirkt wie von dummer KI gemacht, nicht von Menschen (laut Homepage "Professionals"). Immer wieder Lücken im Text als "inaudible" transkribiert, die man völlig problemlos verstehen kann.
Für den Auftraggeber rausgeworfenes Geld, wenn man nicht nur minimales Niveau erwartet. Zur Weiterbearbeitung in Teilen unbrauchbar.
Selber werde ich nach dieser Erfahrung rev.com sicher nicht beauftragen.
