I just received my payout of a critical illness payment early October. The process was very straight forward submitted all my evidence and documents in July and beagle street done all the work of contacting who they needed for verification. They updated me through the process thoroughly couldn’t recommend them enough. Made life abit easier after a cancer diagnosis and only being 31 while also expecting my third baby. Thank you again and shout out to Alex who kept me updated through emails.

Awful company ,I've never been sent any confirmation for the insurance I bought only links to register which do not work when you click on them ,but they have taken the first payment no problem ,I will cancel this policy if I can ever get to view my account.

Absolutely atrocious company to deal with. I've sent 3 emails to customer service which have gone ignored and I called to cancel, confirmed cancellation of my policy was told I wouldn't be charged again but I have been?? Utterly useless.

Easy to set up and seems like a good deal but I have chased my policy documents 3 times (phone and email) and received nothing.
For a paid service this is the minimum requirement for our agreement and I would appreciate being covered by a company who has strong communication. It doesn’t fill me with confidence and makes me nervous about the cover I am paying for.
