"Fraudsters or incompetent employees"
January 13, 2024 applied to open a bank account. Accounts were opened and still working and working in wise, payoneer, stripe. There were 100 and 1 requests, the same ones several times, for a lot of documents. We made the same bank statements several times, from the payment system. Printed and signed the organizational chart for 2 people, this is complete incompetence. The interface is not adequate at all, as a result we were rejected yesterday after six months "ala that the internal security policy" was decided not to open an account as a result spent six months and 400 € you can see the incompetence of absolutely those people who check including no idea what is a Limited Partnership. Fraudsters or incompetent employees, take your pick.

I have received money from Belgium bank holder. Now the money didn't show up in my account after 2 working days i get in touch with Bankera they asked all these question about he payment etcetera. I've provided all information and details asked. After that i get a message with yes they will revieuw my account now it's temporarily blocked. No it's already 2 weeks i still did not receive my money and they keep saying to me to wait they working on it and there is no timeframe... Come on i have stressed so much about this im falling behaind on my other payments and my blood pressure is sky high they truely don't give a F about us as clients. Do never open account here please do yourself a favor. I asked them today will i get my money for sure after all this waiting. They answer with thank you for you message we will get back at you im so angry and depressed because of this. They have €4995 of me is not a small amount. Please BANKERA PAY ME MY MONEY ASAP !!

I am leaving a new review. It has been almost two months now that the company cannot give me my money or confirm the KYC process. They are just stalling for time, most probably a scam. They have hoarded over 90k euros, although I am a regular mobile app developer from Ukraine, and the money comes from Apple for people buying subscriptions within the app. I've been saving money for years, expecting that they wouldn't steal it from a Ukrainian, but it turned out not to be true. They're just immoral.

The procedure of password recovery does not work, I have been asked to send my identity documents, I sent the documents two months ago.
After all this time their response is "your verification is currently under review" ... it's a shame.

"Complaint Regarding Unacceptable Delays and Harassment in Account Opening Process"
I've been waiting for more than a month for the bank to verify my data to open an account. Bankera claims, "Banks complicate things, we don't," but I completely disagree with this—it's such a bad bank. I feel persecuted and harassed for information that I shouldn't have to provide, especially since they haven't even opened the account I requested. It seems like they never read my personal information and banking details that I kindly sent to confirm that I'm not a criminal, as they seem to be treating me. I request that the account opening process be canceled and all my data be deleted. I won't leave without saying that I will leave a bad review about this poor account opening experience on Trustpilot and the App Store regarding their false slogans designed to deceive consumers.

Ho una regolare società che opera affidandosi a diversi conti bancari sia di banche fisiche che online.
Ero interessato a Bankera anche per il discorso Spectrocoin.
La mia application è durata 3 mesi dopo AVER PAGATO 450€ per poi alla fine essere rifiutata.
Hanno chiesto di tutto, le cose più assurde assolutamente lontano dalle richieste/norme stringenti delle banche. Era evidente che negli ultimi messaggi stavano trovando solo una scusa per rifiutarla.
La cosa più bella arriva alla fine.
Come ultimi messaggi mi hanno detto e ridetto che tra un mese posso rifare l'application :)
Cosa cambia da adesso ad un mese se già opero regolarmente e non cambia assolutamente nulla ? Chiaramente altri 450€ da dare a loro.
Trovo il comportamento assolutamente non professionale e non affiderei mai i miei soldi a società del genere.
N.B. La mia società si occupa di consulenze ad altre aziende. ( nulla di vietato )
