Not a bank. An association of thiefs who parade on their FB page with their pilar bear and our money. They stole me 450 euros for an account that they never opened. It is unacceptable and will take all actions to bring that false bank down.

Bankera ask ta first Eur 700 and after that asked so much documents and has nothing to ask again, send an email informing that compliance team refused the app and then they cannot open the account, then eur 700 lost, and this happen to very much clients as i read. Please, stay far from this fintech that stay on the web to stolen money to people.

"Account and funds frozen with no explanation"
After using them for 2 years, providing all the documents about transactions, freelancing contract, passing all 3 levels of verification they suddenly blocked my account and funds without informing me and providing any explanation.
I was fool that I believed them even after reading so many negative experiences here. I guess it is matter of time when they will block the account and your funds.

Bank Of Scam! My bank account has been blocked for over a week due to a payment of 65 euros. I have provided all the necessary documents and responded to all the bank's requests, but I still haven't received a response. Despite numerous attempts to contact the bank via email, my messages are being ignored. This situation is causing significant inconvenience and disappointment with the service. I hope the bank resolves this issue soon.
Updated situation:
I provided all the requested documents, and you kept my bank account frozen for a month, only to close it due to an outgoing payment of 65 euros! You are the worst payment system in the world!

"Worst bank ever"
Worst bank ever. They simply take 450€ just for the pleasure to have a look to all our identity documents, wages, bills, etc. In the very best scenario, they simply make you wait 6 months for opening a bank account, just hoping you will simply forget you asked to open one. This is the way they make money : taking 450€ and forget us for 6 months. This is simply the worst bank ever as no other one ask such an amount just to take time for you. They even accused me to be in Romania.... (they give no evidence and say it is based on my IP although I am in France). I explained them thousand of times I have never lived there and I have never even visited this country. But to take my 450€, they keep asking me to justify why I was in Romania.... How can I justify something I have never done ? And as said, they give no evidence of such thing. They just keep asking and asking again WHY I WAS IN ROMANIA although they don't provide any screenshot, document, evidence, or anything that I could reject based on facts. So now, I have to justify I have not done something I have never done. Tricky huh ? And as usual, they will answer to contact them by email so they can review my case, which they did 10 times already, and always answer they will NEVER reimburse my 450€. But no worries I am a very patient guy and I have plenty of time.

This is a privacy nightmare. They ask for a lot of information before even they open your bank account, I opened bank accounts in many other similar online banks and it went fine, but bankera likes to be cocky, I don't recommend them as an online bank solution, use dukascopy, I feel they are a little bit better.
