Mein Geld ist nicht mehr auf dem Konto und Erklärungen oder Abklärungsfragen gibt es auch nicht ! Ein Anwalt ist eingeschaltet--- aber diese Kosten übersteigen den Betrag , der Basis der Klage ist ! Und das wissen die Banken ! Wer arbeitet noch mit dieser Bande ? Gibt es keine Hilfe ?? Meine Klagen und Vorwürfe sind hoffentlich laut genug ---- Sie verlieren Ihr Geld (OHNE Vorwarnung !! )

I personally can't recommend you to open a business account with bankera.
They're sucking every tiny information from you they can.
They want payslips from 5 years ago, when u worked in a different country for a different company. They want personal bank account spendings (ingoing/outgoing), they want to see for what exactly u spent your money. U have zero privacy. They say its "mandatory because of regulation" its bullshit. 3 months wasted for this crap.
3 MONTHS i'm in the onboarding process.Day for day they want more and more documents. Please, think twice if u want to open a business account on bankera. It's pure torture. I canceled the onboarding, money gone, time lost. Will open an account on another bank.
I never ever wrote a rating for something. But this time its personal. I had to.

I am shocked by Bankera’s unethical and highly suspicious business practices. They have blocked my legally obtained funds without valid justification and are making excessive, unreasonable compliance demands far beyond standard AML regulations.

What Happened?

I made a SEPA withdrawal of €9,744.39 from my fully verified Bybit account—something I’ve done regularly before without issues. Suddenly, Bankera froze the transaction and demanded proof of funds.

I immediately complied, providing transaction records from Bybit. However, instead of processing my transfer, they escalated their demands, asking for proof of the original source of funds before I even deposited into Bybit—something that goes far beyond EU AML regulations and is not legally required.

Why This is WRONG:

❌ My transaction is below €10,000, meaning it does NOT require enhanced due diligence under EU AML laws.
❌ Bybit is a regulated exchange that already performs strict KYC and AML checks.
❌ Bankera’s demand exceeds normal compliance procedures and feels more like an excuse to withhold my money rather than a legitimate verification request.

The Reality: Bankera is NOT a Safe Financial Institution

🔴 They block withdrawals for no reason and create unnecessary roadblocks.
🔴 They demand excessive documentation that even major banks don’t require.
🔴 They lack transparency and refuse to provide clear regulatory justification for their actions.

Final Warning: AVOID BANKERA AT ALL COSTS!

If you value access to your own money, DO NOT trust Bankera! I am now escalating this issue to the Bank of Lithuania and the Financial Ombudsman for regulatory action.

I started my application, I payed by crypto and they keep sending me emails to pay again, couple of times a day... And of course not responding to the support email... Smells like a cheap scam, I suggest nobody gives them any money.

I chose Bankera for their advertised service of handling authorized capital deposits, a critical component for my business needs. Unfortunately, this service completely failed, causing significant delays and disrupting my plans.

Not only was this process a waste of valuable time, but it also resulted in unnecessary expenses for processing fees, with no results to show for it. Their inefficiency and lack of reliability have made it clear that this institution is not equipped to handle professional financial services effectively.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before entrusting Bankera with their business. My experience was a costly lesson in wasted time, money, and opportunities.
