"Disappointed with the Service"
I expected better professionalism and cooperation from Bankera, but my experience was far from satisfactory.
Their customer support was unhelpful and lacked responsiveness, making it difficult to resolve issues efficiently.
Communication was poor, and they did not seem willing to assist or find solutions.
While the platform itself has potential, the lack of professionalism and unwillingness to cooperate make it frustrating to deal with.
I hope they improve their customer service in the future.

Not able to access the account to take my etc. They took bankera shares because I was not access to SpectroCoin without any email message. This is scam company. Whoch is your right without informing to take away somethingfrom me? I own it, Ive rights, it is money that I Invested, you cant simply take away because your company is doing nothing...

Read the other reviews, they are going bankrupt they cannot keep up with Rev**ut so they freeze random accounts and keep your money. Since August 2024!!!! I’m waiting for my money (€1000) and the only thing you get is a robot answering: we will respond a quickly as possible.

Bankera started out as a normal and efficient service and I've been their customer in the last 3 years. Although they started as a pretty standard service, during the last year something changed. Every action I performed in my account was blocked until I answered the same questions over and over, as if I am being KYC'ed over and over for onboarding.
Recently, they completely froze my account for months saying that the account is "being verified". When I asked if they need documents or is there anything I can send them the answer was no, and that they have a "backlog" and they are moving as fast as they can. The situation for months was that they are checking my account while freezing the funds, while I had nothing I could do to release those funds.
This kept going for several months while I was completely helpless to do anything. Eventually, they sent me an endless list of requirements to "reverify" my account. Most of these documents were already sent several times, some were new requests. This was enough for me and I asked to close my account.
Even then, they outdid themselves. To close the account, I needed to send them bank account details to which they will transfer the funds I have in my Bankera account. To be safe, I used the same account I've been transferring funds in and out of my Bankera account for over two years. They then asked to verify the bank account by receiving a proof of ownership. This is a standard request, and even though I already sent them a proof in the past I sent it again so I can get this ordeal over with.
To my surprise, they rejected my bank's official proof of ownership document because the document had non-English words in logo. Now, they requested the proof of ownership to be notarized and translated because of the bank's logo. I would understand this kind of behavior if this was a new bank account, but this is an amount I constantly used together with my Bankera accunt for years.
For some reason, they have no problem accepting money, but sending it back is a whole different matter which might cost you months of not being able to access your funds.
I would not wish this horrible experience to anyone. For now, I still haven't received my money.

"Hands off Bankera, block accounts and keep customers waiting "
I have been a customer with this bank since 2021 and in January a KYC process was carried out, the passport copy, a selfie and proof of the last 3 payments, as well as a bank statement from another bank (although this has nothing to do with Bankera) But I uploaded everything and it was ok.On 20.02.25 the account was then blocked and the same documents were requested again as in January. All this was done with a delay, first the passport and selfie, then a few days wait, then the proof of origin, then wait again, then a business account proof was requested and the invoices for the last 3 incoming payments until I could clarify that there are no other payments or business accounts. After that nothing has happened until today, the account is still blocked, the account balance is under 600 euros, the last money received in February was just under 15 euros !!!: So I suspect that it's all about wearing down the customers so that they give up and write off their money.the support answers ki-controlled, there are always the same answers.this bank is absolutely dubious and disrespectful to its customers.
