Worst bank I had to deal with.

First, they never answer to our online applications for which we pay 450 euros. Oh sorry, yes they replay.... after 6 months ! Imagine founding a company and the bank answers you after so many months that they agree/refuse. They just wait as long as possible to keep your money.

Second, on Twitter, they show them partying with our money in Budapest. Just not acceptable. When you complain on their post, they block your profile and hide our answers. They are simply ashamed of their own attitude. Personally, I will make a return on these 450 euros and leave reviews and answers on all social media I can.

PS : Hey Bankera Customer Support, don't bother telling ma I should write at onboarding(at)bankera.com. I did it many times, and you REFUSE to give my money back. Therefore, don't try to make customers believe you are a good bank.

PS2 : Give my money back and I will stop all action on social media. This is as simple as that. Otherwise it will cost you a lot more than 450 euros on Facebook, Twitter, Trustpilot, etc.

"Scamers"

Scamers! They take you money to open an account and then you enter a never ending process of verification that goes in loops so that the account is never opened and you eventually give up. BEWARE!

Had over 1000 euros on hold for over 1 month. Constant kyb verifications, every time I reply they ask for something else I have already provided. However, they haven't even replied to my last submit of documents in 17 days. I do not believe their response "Hello, We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered. In order to uphold the integrity and safety of our services, we are compelled to strictly adhere to legal regulations. This encompasses the verification process of the transactions, a common practice among financial institutions to ensure compliance."

My company will be suing you soon at this rate Bankera. You appear to be scammers.

"Unprofessional Handling While Opening a Personal Account"

I have provided all necessary documents, including those related to multiple accounts, every time they requested something new. I shared every document I’ve ever obtained, including those for various currency accounts such as local currency, USD, Euro, and GBP accounts from multiple banks. I also provided all invoices, proof of funds from various companies I've worked with, and PayPal screenshots.

Initially, I thought this level of scrutiny was akin to an FBI investigation, but I complied and shared everything I had. In the end, they requested business accounts in different currencies, which confused me since I intended to open a personal account for private use. I realized later that they were manipulating me, which I find to be highly unprofessional.

As a result, I have officially requested that all data I’ve shared be deleted, citing Article 6(1) point b) of the GDPR, Article 1.125 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, and Article 27(1) point (8) of the Republic of Lithuania Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data.

Hi, I don't understand your reply. Your reply does not give me any information about what is actually wrong or about when I should get my money back.

Holding my money without any transparency is cruel. What regulation or investigation are you doing for over 2 months and yet no decisive answer from you.

Just a simple question for everyone else here to see... am I going to get my money back? when, where and how?

"Transferencia sin recibir fondos 21 dias"

Hace 20 dias hice una transferencia a mi cuenta de Bankera. Hasta día de hoy no sale reflejado los fondos en mi cuenta. Desde atención al cliente me dice que tengo que remitirles los movimientos de la cuenta origen. Los remito y sigo sin recibir la transferencia. Después de 7 días deberían, si no se acepta, devolverla a la cuenta origen, pero ni en una ni en otra y no me dan solución. Pongo una estrella porque dicen que están trabajando en ello...
