"Money taken yet no tickets"
I purchased Coldplay tickets yesterday. It said the order had gone through and even gave me an order number. I thought it was a bit odd that I didn't have an email confirmation so messaged Ticket Factory on Facebook. They are now saying my order didn't go through even thought it said it did and the money has been taken from my bank. Have messaged them again but not having any replies. I am so upset and don't know what to do.

Horrendous - Shame on the LTA for using this company. No attempt to help or interest in finding a solution. No manager, no contact details for the event organiser and a clear open contempt for customers, sounds a good company to me!
The company is a waste of space and I would avoid any event who use TheTicketFactory.

I booked tickets for a festival in 2021 - it got postponed and I asked for a refund - more than once - but got no response to my emails - via their customer contact form - really bad service - wouldn't use them again

No tickets 1 week before the concert even thought tickets pruchased 6 months ago. Cannot get through to customer service. Just get an automated reply . DO NOT USE The Ticket Factory . Totally Unprofessional

absolutely disgusted with ticket factory , i bought tickets to the premier league darts in 2020 and obviously they were cancelled because of covid ,not my fault along with five seconds of summer tickets also cancelled , i had received new five sos tickets to attend which I did in deed but received nothing for the darts , I have rang the Utilita Arena today and asked about the tickets to be told the event was in March 22 and the event has passed ,m I was not made aware in any way this event was taking place and received not correspondence regarding the tickets at all I received new tickets for 5 sos and nothing for the darts , the call centre was rude and couldnt have cared less and in effect put the phone down . I was told that it was my responsibility to find about the event why is that exactly it was cancelled through no fault of my own so when does the even organiser take rewsponsibitly then.

I have tried to call Ticket Factory on many occasions but I can never get past the tedious music.
Their customer service is appalling.

"Uncaring Ticket Factory and Utilita Arena"
I would like to say a massive thank you to the staff at Hampton by Hilton Birmingham Broad Street (Birmingham) for being so caring and understanding. My 14 year old daughter and I had checked in yesterday to stay over as we were going to the Ashanti, Trey Songz with Special Guest Mario at the Utilita Arena Birmingham. Unfortunately things took a turn for the worse at the Las Iguanas Brindley place restaurant before the show and I had an issue with my heart, dizziness and passed out. Heartbreaking this meant that after months of getting excited we couldn't attend as I was blue lit by ambulance to the City Hospital and still here now. My daughter was heartbroken and I was gutted too as was looking forward so much to seeing Ashanti Official after all these years. Fortunately the Hampton were extremely understanding and caring and offered me a full refund unlike the Utilita Arena Birmingham and The Ticket Factory who have advised me they can't refund or give me credit towards a future concert/show at Utilita or Resorts world due to me not taking out the insurance cover. I can't control a last minute heart problem that raised out the blue but it seems the Ticket Factory and Utilita Bham are not very customer friendly and not understanding and caring about customers who have faced a very serious medical emergency just a couple fo hours before the event and locally at Brindley place. Saddens me that such a big event venue and ticket factory who we use regularly for shows and concerts and the Utilita and Resorts World Arena can be so uncaring. Thank you Hamilton though. My daughter and I have been utterly devastated to not attend and were all there and ready too. Medical emergencies with your heart and out the blue can't be at fault for this surely!

"Booking and cancellation difficult"
Booking was difficult. Website did not work. Now booked. But. Trying to advise cannot attend event today due to illness of one member of party. Cannot find link on website to simply do this. Phone number eventually found but not working.. Now found another number. Calls charged for.
Once got through on phone advisor was really helpful.

"Zero interest in their unfortunate customers"
Virtually impossible to get through to their disability line and when I did I was given poor information. Turned up for a twice rebooked show at the booking office at 1630 as advised only to be told I had to wait to scan in normally after 1800 then ask for disabled assistance. When I got back to the booking office they were unable to find a disabled space for my wife and we ended up going home again. My wallet says never again for the Arena at the NEC.
What a surprise that they also make it impossible to raise a complaint about them.
