Have expensive tickets to see "War of the Worlds" bought pre Covid. The dates have moved a couple of times. As luck would have it we have Covid and cannot attend - refund denied and was told that they are checking for Covid on the door so we wouldn't be allowed in (not that I would). Nearly £200 down the pan - the worst customer service

"Duplicate Payment Refusing Refund"
Placed an order for four tickets to Royal Windsor Horse Show, order reference 12427282. The payment of £113.55 was charged to my account twice. I spoke with a customer services advisor named Charlie who during two telephone conversations failed to provide an apology, or any further information as to how this issue will be resolved. I have requested a refund for one of the transactions, but have been told that I am not "guaranteed" any refund and that it "needs to be looked into". I have offered to provide evidence of the duplicate payment in the form of a bank statement but Charlie was unable to provide an email address, or to put me through to management to discuss further, apparently the managers do not have telephone lines? Very disappointing experience and would avoid using the company again in the future. Hopefully by writing a review on here the company may actually address the issue, rather than requested I fill in multiple "contact us" forms on their website for them to ignore.

Bought tickets on 2 November for Disney on Ice on 31 Dec 2021. Should have guessed something was dodgy when they wouldn't take my credit card, just my debit card. Email confirmation on 3 November, and bank shows they took my money on 3 November. Email confirmation on 17 December saying all was going ahead at the venue, COVID protocols etc etc. Come 31 Dec, day of the show, no tickets. No email or any communication from Ticket Factory. No one answering phones. Some very disappointed 6 year olds. And almost £200 gone. Disney should be appalled that their name is being dragged down with these guys.

Booked tickets for Malvern Autumn show. E-ticket shows wrong date - may have been my mistake in pressing Friday instead of Sunday - but you would think it would be easy to correct. However you just cannot contact them - email has 48 hour turn round and will be too late and have been waiting for phone to be answered for 50 minutes.

"Disconnected When Tickets Booked"
I was on the phone at 10:00 this morning on your accessibility line to book 4 tickets for Foo Fighters at the Emirates Old Trafford, Manchester, for Saturday, 25/06/2022, for my Wife and I and our 2 children. My eldest Son is visually impaired and registered partially sighted but his dream is to see the Foo Fighters.
I queued for 20 minutes and spoke to Alex and explained my Son's disability. I was speaking to Alex for about 7, 8 minutes, who said there were 4 seats available and was in the process of booking them for me but said he just needed to put me on hold but instead disconnected the call???!!!
I then queued for 1 hour 40 minutes, to have the phone answered by another agent, to then hang up when I started talking???!!!
I then queued for another 2 hours and the line went dead???!!!
I am now queuing again, so please, please, please, help me. I am really upset and angry that my call was disconnected when I had 4 tickets. This means the world to my Son and for you to cut me off after being told 4 tickets available for me, to then not even contact me back, is absolutely disgusting.

"Absolute crooks"
Absolute crooks. Refused to offer refund for tickets purchased well in advance of event. Person who got back to me replied later than their stated response time and could barely spell. Please AVOID AVOID AVOID these people if you can it will only end in tears.
