Initially took out a 30 day contract to see if the connection was stable. Since upgraded to a two year contract.
No issues here, the speed is as advertised connected to the LAN. I blame my router for the sub 200mbps
Briant themselves, when I asked to be upgraded to a 2 year contract, the ticket was closed and the account upgraded, they could have done a better job of communicating this to me as I had to then ring them up after a week had passed after hearing nothing.
They use PPPoE not DHCP but the userid and password is provided so you can use your own kit.

Great company, contacted Craig @Briant Broadband, he popped over to site and had us up and running on full fibre with amazing download and upload speeds within a week. Phones moving across the following week. When tech companies seem to create confusion, Craig and his team have made the whole process seamless.

"Friendly Helpful Broadband Supplier"
Happy so far as only connected a few days ago. Friendly helpful staff and a local company for me. There was a bit of a mix up with dates between City Fibre and Briant but soon resolved. After the experience with my previous Broadband supplier whose call centre is not based in UK I am so relieved that with Briant Broadband it is a more personal touch. Any problems then just a local telephone call and help is at hand.

"Fantastic Customer Support & Quick Response Times!"
I’ve only been with Briant Broadband since yesterday, but I’m already pleasantly surprised by how efficient and responsive their customer support is. Getting in touch with a real person is quick and easy, and support tickets are handled ridiculously fast.
What impressed me most was that instead of back-and-forth emails, they actually called me directly to resolve any issues but I'd be equally happy if it was done over email as they are so quick and helpful. I don’t remember the name of the agent who helped me, but he was awesome—knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful.
If you're looking for a provider that cares about its customers, I’d definitely recommend Briant Broadband and I look forward to seeing how the service performs long-term!

"Brilliant technical knowhow"
Within the first week I had a one mildly technical question and one far more technical question. I received extremely quick responses to both (within a few minutes) by chatting to them through their Facebook page. The second, far more technical question, I was not expecting a quick response to and was expecting to be told they would need to find more information but the first message I received was the exact information I needed. Their support team has allowed to get issues resolved within minutes rather than needing hours or days as I have with previous providers.
As it currently stands I have nothing but praise for this provider and their support team

"Changing Broadband Provider"
After enduring weeks of disappointing service from our previous provider that left us without internet or phones as we have to use wifi calling on seafront, we couldn't be more pleased with Briant Broadband. Their engineer, Ryan, provided exceptional service and kept us updated as he resolved our connection issues. The ease of communication when reaching out for help was a breath of fresh air, with no long waits on the phone. Thanks to Briant Broadband, we now enjoy excellent, fast internet and would highly recommend them to our friends.

The router was sent through the post about 2 weeks before the installation date and on the day, City Fibre did an excellent job of connecting to the house and making sure everything worked before they left.
I would recommend Briant Broadband based on price and speed.

Everything was dealt with in a timely manner. Although the City Fibre contractors had some trouble in chasing the cables through, they were very courteous & kept me informed of progress. Router & connection from Briant Broadband was faultless & very efficient.

"Not been with Briant for long"
Not been with Briant for long, had an issue to begin with kept dropping from 5g - 2g think it's been sorted have to keep an eye on it. Speeds seem ok but dont think getting 150g all the time, better than our last provider. I would still recommend them. Installation by City Fiber could have been better, cable not attached to outer wall properly and blew out house brick when drilling through.
