Excelente compañia que te ayuda cuando lo necesitas y gran atencion de su equipo humano. Tuvimos un pinchazo en un lugar remoto de la isla de Skye y la atencion fue genial. Regresabamos al dia siguiente y necesitabamos una rueda nueva ese mismo dia. Consiguieron movilizar un taller movil de cambio de neumaticos y solucionaron el problema, ademas al tener contratado el seguro adicional "exces waiver" el coste de la rueda nos lo reintegraron. Compañia de 10.

The staff at the Arnold Clark location in Inverness (on Harbour Road) were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful—from the shuttle drivers to the manager who helped me with the rental. When we had a tire blowout during our trip, their support team over the phone was outstanding. They were kind, quick to respond, kept us updated throughout the process, and even offered helpful safety tips. I’m blown away by the service I received and extremely thankful I chose Arnold Clark! To my fellow Americans, you can trust this company when visiting over seas... it is a complete opposite experience of U.S. car rental companies, where I feel nickel and dimed, and an inconvenience to them as a customer.

Best customer service I have ever had in a rental car company. As continental Europe drivers, we got a trial run in the car with an employee helping us through driving on the left (she said she could do it because there werent a lot of other customers there at the time). All other employees were very helpful and friendly as well, both on the phone and in person. And we also very much appreciated getting a lift to the train station after bringing back our rental.
